I missed 2 payments with Telkom SIM card which I pay R449 per month it’s been a few years now. So they said I owe R1573.49c which I did pay Sunday and waited till Tuesday and called since the 48hours was over. I’m told that it is still suspended and they aren’t sure why, I called again yesterday the lady mentioned she will escalate the matter it will take 24hours the most, today my WiFi is still not working I called again the lady can’t assist me since it’s been escalated. It’s easy when Telkom wants the money, when it’s time to provide services no that can’t happen and they definitely won’t pay for this disaster, I use this WiFi to work. My job is on hold!!!!
I contacted this company for a loan on the 25th of July, they mentioned I would get a loan in 2days that I must accept 2 debit orders one for R97 and another for R350 I did that. Ever since I was ignored on the progress of my loan end of August the 2 debit orders were deducted I called them and they said they cannot return the money as it’s for credit report whereas I did not get any credit report at all. Today the 25th of Sept they’re still deducting R97 and I cannot dispute since it was a mandate. I’m sick and tired of these people!
I used their services over 3months ago and every single month there’s a fee of R98 that is being deducted and I cannot stop it since i had accepted a mandate I really am mad of why it’s going on.
I’m so angry with this network, last month R479 was deducted from my bank and the whole month it didn’t work, I cancelled early this month and even received an email stating an agent will finalise my cancellation yet no one did that , today R479 was deducted again ! And on the site they have that they’ll deduct again 25 July I’f my money is not returned I’m really going to fight this because I’m paying for nothing even after cancellation!!!!!
