I knew I must not do the debit order but i went ahead and done it & now they are deducting R98 *******ly from my account. This is a *****elent so called company....that never really gets loans for people but does the debit order **** & makes money *******ly. My fault was not to first look at their reviews. When I phoned them this morning they put the phone down in my ear?

Debit check fees
Take money from. After you do a debit check You account for subscription fees 2 times on 1 day where they say it will be deducted in 3 payment. And then decline your loan and do R pay back your money. Even if it was your last money for the month

Unending debit order
I app**** for a loan with Chainpay wich I never got,but each and every month an amount of R98 is being charged on my account and you cannot even stoop that debit order,they’re unreachable on their number don’t even respond to email..I want my money back Chainpay!!

Unending debit order
I app**** for a loan with Chainpay wich I never got,but each and every month an amount of R98 is being charged on my account and you cannot even stoop that debit order,they’re unreachable on their number don’t even respond to email..I want my money back Chainpay!!

I app**** for a loan with them and approved the debit order. But to my surprise i didn't get the loan from i sent them emails and they threatened me with lawyers and i won't until that debit order is canceled because i didn't get to loan why should i pay for something i never got. People are complaining and we can form a group on social media may people will come forward because everyone is complaining and they're using nupay division of altron name's and even hide their policies saying no fee to be paid but when you want to cancel they bring this policy thing

Charged for a Loan I Never Received
I app**** for a loan through Chainpay Loans, and never received a single cent — not even a loan offer. But they still debited my account for R250 as a “registration fee” and then charged me R98 per month after that - it is impossible to get hold of them. Please be vigilant people.

It over a year now they are deducting R98 from my account. They started by R250,I send them an email asking why then they change to 98!! I had an emergency last year I made an application with them they never approved me. Please don't take a loan with them.you will regret
