They have misleading information they said my order will be delivered on 12th of Feb on whatsapp but when they check for me on Facebook it says 18 Feb

I app**** for a loan with them and approved the debit order. But to my surprise i didn't get the loan from i sent them emails and they threatened me with lawyers and i won't until that debit order is canceled because i didn't get to loan why should i pay for something i never got. People are complaining and we can form a group on social media may people will come forward because everyone is complaining and they're using nupay division of altron name's and even hide their policies saying no fee to be paid but when you want to cancel they bring this policy thing

Bed service from agents
Poor service no customer service everything is bed the agents are useless hiding behind whatsapp everything you're complaining about one thing everyday but they won't assist you
