This company has been debiting R98 from my account for a loan I even got and can't even cancel that debit.
Good day, I am writing to formally express my frustration regarding unauthorised debit orders processed against my bank account. Since February this year, an amount of R98 has been debited monthly from my account. I have no business relationship with your company, nor have I app**** for any loans or received any services from you. I have made several attempts to contact your company to resolve this matter, but unfortunately, I have received no response or assistance. I hereby demand an urgent explanation and a full refund of all amounts debited from my account, as these transactions were unauthorised. Should this matter not be resolved promptly, I will have no option but to escalate it by reporting your company to the relevant ombudsman. I trust this matter will receive your immediate attention and look forward to your prompt response.
I have paid for my subscription on the 26th of March together with my DStv Access since they are linked but I've been unsubscribed from ShowMax since the 28th of March and my Dstv Access account is active. Every time I reach out to the ShowMax Contact Centre via their live chat on the website they keep saying there is no feedback and we are already half way into the month. I can't be paying for something I can't even utilize.
