Thank you to Rain social media queries for taking the time to resolve my issue with billing. You guys took your time out even on weekends to respond to my concerns. That is truly appreciated. May you continue to assist more people like me. Thank you.
Rain has misled and ****** me of my hard earned money. I spoke to their agent on the 24th of December 2025 and after discussing and making a payment the agent promised me that they would connect my WiFi but it never happened. Dispite sending proof of payments several times they still can't assist although the mistake was done by their agent. I really disappointed with this kind of misleading service.
Uber is the worst kind of commuting app you can use. When they're network has an issue and their driver goes to the wrong place they still charge you the full fare instead of cancelation. Now they are not able to refund my money which they just took.
Nedbank Maponya has the worst possible service. They make you wait outside unattended while others walk in and get tickets. Their consultants just kept on passing me like I was a ghost when I was just trying to get help for my mother who is a senior citizen to get a new card.
Makro crown mines has he worst kind of service when it come to delivery and follow ups. I bought an Item on Saturday the 29th of November 2024, they then promised to deliver by the 4th of November, now when I call they put me on hold until they hang up still not being able to assist me track my order. very disappointing service. I spoke to Mpho, Zimkhitha and Scelo and non of them were able to help me. Makro get people who can do the job. Very much disappointed.
Your feedback is dismal. I reported a case of ***** on my cheque account and till to date no one has called me to inform me how did the *****sters get funds on my account when I don't even have an overdraft and I ended up paying more because of the negative balance on my account.
Hi Lucia Snyders. I am still waiting for your response. You said I should wait for 7 business days to get response but still haven't received any feedback. Are you guys able to help me with my dispute or not. This happened 2 months ago. At least give me feedback to say I can get my funds back or not.

Dstv customer service is the worst you can deal with, your agents are rude and inadequate. I spoke to Ntombi and she doesn't know anything about customer service or what it means. After paying so much money my service is still disconnected. I am truly disappointed. Hope we can find a law to protect customers against such exploitation.
