My husband and I with our two daughters drove 4 hours to visit Izakaya Arata Restaurant in Port Elizabeth for my oldest daughter's 16th Birthday, she really loves Japanese Cuisine so I wanted her to try what we heard was the best Sushi and Ramen in town, and we weren't disappointed! #BlackFriday
