Izwe loans *********** and untrained and uneducated Members who is ****ming members of the Public.
Members who perform duties at Izwe loans is n ****. They are just demanding money for fees but neither the Manager or the assistant is capable of doing a normal bank transfer from one bank to the other. They just charge fees to have this done but can not do the normal transfer between banks. They must request assistance from other Companies to perform this function but again charge fees for their own Competance. They can not perform a normal cashsend to a Bank. They again charge fees to perform the function but is not able to do it. Members is ****ming people by just asking fees but can not perform basic financial services. They must request other Companies to assist them but offcourse want fees. Please I demand the Ceo of this Company to contact me as soon as possible so that I can recover my fees that I had to pay for Services that the Manager could not perform. It is a disgrace. Stay away from this Company. They don't know how to transfer money to your bank account but demand fees for it. The Ombudsman and National Credit Regulator SA will be contacted on 2025/02/17. I am waiting for the Ceo of this Company to please call me for the ****ming of my money and his uneducated and untrained Members and want my ****med money repaid immediately.

16 Feb 2025, 18:13Ceo of Izwe loans to contact me urgently on 0724907092. I want my Scammed money and loan paid to me without more fees because all fees was paid for. The Manager and assistant is just to incompetent and untrained to do a normal bank transfers from one bank to the other. The Manager just demand fees but can not perform the work. He approached people from other Companies to do the transfer but again request fees after all the fees to your Company was already paid. More fees had to be paid because the Manager was not competent to perform his work. This loan is for emergency medical treatment. I suffer with a braintumour, uncontrollable epilepsy seizures aswell as a livertumor. I am paying fees from 2024/02/10 but still today 2024/02/16 again fees was requested but the Manager could not perform the transaction. He requested assistance from another Company to do the transfer that he is not Capable to do but again charge fees. What kind of Service is this? Scamming sick people?

Can the Ceo of Izwe loans please contact me on 2025/02/17 so that this can be finalized by a person who knows how to do a Bank transfer. I need to get urgent medication but can not be ****med like I have been ****med from 2025/02/10. I want my loan and all fees repaid immediately on 2025/02/17. The Manager and assistant need to go for urgent training to perform their basic work. I am very very disappointed. I will contact the Ombudsman and National Credit Regulator to report this incidents. I am waiting for the Ceos response please
