J&R ALUMINIUM - JOPIE - BE WARNED STAY AWAY BAD WORKMANSHIP AND SERVICE
STAY AWAY FROM J &R Aluminium Jopie I agree, with the previous review. a Business run on staff and not the owner ! I also had issues on the installation which he refuse to attend to. When one do get hold of him he say it will BE more call out fees and service fees.....for something that one already paid and that should have been perfect? Never again, please be warned

A company run not by the owner, but by his staff, regrettably. One-sided communication by the customer only. No service whatsoever after completion of job - we have a kitchen window that can't open and after reporting several times, were made promises about fixing the problem, but no action. Another call to the owner, who by now denied he made an appointment to fix said problem and proceeded to put the phone down in my ear, stating the truth as an insult. Another day and time was set up, only to be left in the lurch once again. Happy to take money, not keen to deliver service at all. BAD, BAD SERVICE.
