A company run not by the owner, but by his staff, regrettably. One-sided communication by the customer only. No service whatsoever after completion of job - we have a kitchen window that can't open and after reporting several times, were made promises about fixing the problem, but no action. Another call to the owner, who by now denied he made an appointment to fix said problem and proceeded to put the phone down in my ear, stating the truth as an insult. Another day and time was set up, only to be left in the lurch once again. Happy to take money, not keen to deliver service at all. BAD, BAD SERVICE.
