JAC Durban CBD @ North Beach & JAC South Africa Customer Service Took my JAC T9 Superlux for its first service. There were a few red flags before going there that I ignored as tollows: 1. They open at 8am. (Most busy and well known service centres open at 7am. 2. Immediate availability for a service 3. Dealership if it can be called that was very quiet and staff nor friendly. I dropped my vehicle off the next day. Was called at 12pm to fetch it. Was excited to fetch the vehicle looking and feeling New again. Vehicle was not washed and was told it is not their policy to wash vehicles after a service. Sent emails and called JAC SA customer service a few times. Still no feedback over a month later. The JAC is a beautiful value for money vehicle but the attitude towards customers will cost them sales and return customers.
