Sales person from AGG Motors Westrand was amazing. The after sales is horrific. I purchased a 2nd hand vehicle from them only to have the Android Auto, battery and wheel alignment have to be done and replaced within 3 weeks of owning the vehiicle. They couldn't be bothered to assist and accommodate my queries, even though the CPA Clearly states they sold a car with defects. Their careless no help attitude is concerning. I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone purchase a vehicle from them as they are ******* and absolutely have no remorse when it comes to repairs that THEY SHOULD have accounted for. Also, they stated the dekra check and report was done on my vehicle which it was not!!!

JAC Durban CBD @ North Beach & JAC South Africa Customer Service Took my JAC T9 Superlux for its first service. There were a few red flags before going there that I ignored as tollows: 1. They open at 8am. (Most busy and well known service centres open at 7am. 2. Immediate availability for a service 3. Dealership if it can be called that was very quiet and staff nor friendly. I dropped my vehicle off the next day. Was called at 12pm to fetch it. Was excited to fetch the vehicle looking and feeling New again. Vehicle was not washed and was told it is not their policy to wash vehicles after a service. Sent emails and called JAC SA customer service a few times. Still no feedback over a month later. The JAC is a beautiful value for money vehicle but the attitude towards customers will cost them sales and return customers.

Run, don't buy the T9 especially the demo car. Customer service very bad,they don't have aftercare and the car was bought in Sept 2025 but in having issues today with a sound on the lining and brakes in October and November 2025. Don't buy the JAC bakkie

Please help me JAC it’s a **** or **** the car battery last only 12 months and they said guarantee is 12 months how come ,is there any car battery in SA has got a guarantee of less then 18 months the worse part they are the bigger company they said I must buy a new one mind you the car is brand new still under warranty but still they can’t help me my car is stacked not moving but they deduct money every month my heart is broken.

I am driving JAC T9, it's been about 10 months since I bought the car, brand new. The car just decided to stop. Unable to start. Keeps on saying engine fault, ESC failure.
