I have logged a complaint because of bad service I have experienced from Liber4ty. This morning I phoned them again and was fortunate enough to land with Nikita Govender at the Call Centre. She was excellent and my problem was solved ,is a few minutes. You should really train all you Call Centre Staff to be more like Nikita.
They are sharing their clients statements AFTER they have been requested not use the specific e-mail again.
Trying the last 6 hours to get in touch with them to no avail
Trying to nook our JAC for it's first service in Polokwane. Used to the way one books a service through BB Motor Group. What a shocking experience I had with trying to book the service through JAC Motors Polokwane.
I have received a sms on the 9th of September 2025 that my phone was due for an upgrade and that I must reply "Yes" if somebody can phone me. My upgrade was done on the 9th and I have requested a Galaxy phone. Received a Galaxy Tablet. Trying to get Cell C to sort this and now they inform me that I should go to the branch to sort this. I have not visited a branch to do the upgrade and they are unable to assist me. BAD SERVICE. What should I do to return the tablet and just get the phone I have upgraded to???? can anybody please phone me to sort this???????
The most wonderful service received from Spec Savers Mall of the North. They are so welcoming. All the staff are extremely friendly and it was a pleasure to visit them this morning.
Bought a JAC T8 cash. Part of the deal was that they settle my SBVAF account. I paid them on the 9th of July already. Still struggling with them to settle my account. Horrific experience and will NEVER make use of them again.
l have been struggling for almost a week to get a copy of my vehicle's NATIS document as well as my settlement amount. Phoned numerous times - not very friendly and helpful staff in the Call Centre. I was at my wits-end this morning and phoned Ilse Stofberg in Limpopo. What a pleasure to deal with such a helpful and willing lady. Within a half hour I received the in formation I requested. If it was for Ilse, I would have giving you a rating of 1.

I was playing on the App this morning early and then all of a sudden it shut down. No unable to get back and NO HELP WHATSOEVER RECEIVED FROM THEM.
