Disgusting white manager
I was shocked out of my mind when my family took my mother in law to this restaurant! The white woman they say who is the manager was so drunk and started to dance outside close to braai place where we were sitting. The next thing she did was so horrible and disgusting....she pulled up her dress and was not wearing any underwear. Really! You're an old woman and what you did is disgusting! We will never ever recommend anyone to go to Jack Fridays again and seriously what does the owner of this place have to say about all of this? Get yourself decent staff!

Disgusting white manager
I was shocked out of my mind when my family took my mother in law to this restaurant! The white woman they say who is the manager was so drunk and started to dance outside close to braai place where we were sitting. The next thing she did was so horrible and disgusting....she pulled up her dress and was not wearing any underwear. Really! You're an old woman and what you did is disgusting! Bad bad service
We were having our last drinks when the Dj announced that no more drinks can be ordered. While we were finishing our drinks, the bouncer came and rudely told us to go outside immediately. We went our side and found a couple of white people outside. Immediately when they left, we were rudely chased out by a big black African looking man to leave the premises without finishing our drinks that we bought. That was rude, and unnecessary because we bought those drinks and cannot be chased out without finishing our drinks that we bought. Had there been take away cups offered it could have made sense. But for us to leave our drinks like that was wrong

Bad bad service
We were having our last drinks when the Dj announced that no more drinks can be ordered. While we were finishing our drinks, the bouncer came and rudely told us to go outside immediately. We went our side and found a couple of white people outside. Immediately when they left, we were rudely chased out by a big black African looking man to leave the premises without finishing our drinks that we bought. That was rude, and unnecessary because we bought those drinks and cannot be chased out without finishing our drinks that we bought. Had there been take away cups offered it could have made sense. But for us to leave our drinks like that was wrong

Male Racist ***ist Manager
If it wasn't for the wonderful female owner it would have been a 1-star rating. The male manager they have at this location is disrespectful, racist, ***ist, and treats customers very poorly. It's a shame because the food is amazing, but the management is something else.

Assaulted by staff
I went out with 2 friends and asked the Bouncer/Doorman: "Hey are you guys still open" He said "Yes" , as I approached to walk in, he punched me on my chest.... and proceeded to say closed. He was OBVIOUSLY DRUNK. This was 22:30 Pm . Not even last rounds. Pathetic service. They think because they bigger than you they can just push you around. ... . Rude drunk staff. I've seen 2018 same case with other reviews.

Jack Fridays Garsfontein Bad Service
We went for lunch today and I ordered schnitzel and my son the Pulled Pork sandwich. First problem, there were only 6 people/patrons in the establishment but our meal took almost 50 minutes to arrive. 50 minutes! Service is soooo slow, and yet the waiters have a don't care attitude and are slouching around rather than cleaning the tables and cleaning the place and the dirty menus. Eventually our food arrived after asking twice how long it will take, and though average meal it was well prepared, I only had half my meal, and asked for my takeaway, and also placed orders to take home (unfortunately, at this stage, I already placed the order when we placed the order for our food which I could not cancel at this late stage). We finished our meal, and I asked the waitress if all the meals I ordered and paid for, including my half eaten meal was placed in our takeaways, and she confirmed it was. We arrived home and only half the food that should have been in the bag was in there and they conveniently did not include the half of my takeaway meal. I immediately called the number on the receipt/invoice but sadly that number was an incorrect number - incorrect number 012 941-0155, Google shows 012 941-0156 which is closer, because this number at least only rings... In my view, I think the Management of this establishment need to jack up on service and make sure that waiters take their role serious. They have to be more observant and less chatting to one another, what a pity. I ended up even paying a tip for half my meal, what a ****** robbery. Based on my terrible experience and all other bad reviews I read, why did the city council health inspectors not yet follow through and send the inspectors to this establishment. A one star is way too much, I think this is probably a very good binge drinking spot, and they should stick to that, but for heaven’s sake, stay away from food, you stink at that. Funny thing, I posted my review on Google Reviews on Monday the 7th September but it does not appear on the reviews, why I don’t know, but I think management is curating the reviews and only allow the good ones to be posted….. My verdict - stay away from this place.

Jack Fridays SA, Moreleta Park
My fiance and I frequent Jack Fridays. We go there at least 2-3 times a week. We really enjoyed the vibe, food and service has always been great. We visited Jack Fridays, Moreleta Park, after work Monday (28 October 2019). The establishment was filthy. Trash was lying around everywhere. The tables and floor were not cleaned and soiled from spilled drinks. We called for the manager. The manager (Hannie) came over to our table and her introduction was that she is very tired (and she looked the part). We told her about our concerns and her response was shocking. She said that everybody is tired after the rugby game the previous Sunday (SA vs Whales) and she will instruct the staff to clean the establishment the following day. My concern is that we were sitting at a table, spending money at the establishment and no respect were shown for frequent customers. We asked for our bill and left. I doubt we will be returning. Bear in mind that the very popular restaurant Rock@88 is right next door, we will be spending our money there from now on.

Jack Fridays, utterly disrespectful manager.
Had to pay full price because the manager did not inform the waiter that the platters are not part of the entertainer app. Would not recommend them to anyone, manager treated us with extreme disrespect, walked away while we were taking to him. Treated his customers like trash. Utterly trash and useless management, does not take accountability for his own actions. His name is Travis.
