I have looked at Mrs Johannes' case this morning. The authorisation for the CT scan was obtained from Momentum medical aid, for which we also have an auth number. I did see a payment from Discovery as well on the invoice. I have called our head office and have spoken to The Debtors manager Ms Sharon Saha, and she will look into why discovery has not reversed the payment as yet, as it was requested many times. I will contact you as soon as this matter is rectified. No assistance from Jackpersad debtors management . How does a company take money from Discovery medical aid when we on another scheme?
