Invoices are incorrect, I've been presented with 3 different prices for 1 scan, none of the 3 invoices are the correct quoted amount or even the correct procedure. Inconsistent invoicing with over R1,000 difference for the same procedure. Don't trust their SMS invoicing if you're paying cash. Request proper email invoicing with proof of procedure. DON'T GET CHARGED FOR THE WRONG SCAN! Or just use someone else. I will be in the future.

I would to share my horrible experience i have received from the employees of jackpersad and partnets both at ledmed shifa (Romilla) and team leader at head office(Rosanne), my telephonic interactions with these employees indicate that good client service is non existent. The manner in which Rosanne spoke to me over the phone was desrespectfull and did not even try to listen or have any empathy for what we were going through, Rosanne should not be in a team leader position with such terrible customer interaction skills, she will tarnish jackerpersad and partners image. We asked for assistance for a payment plan over a reasonable period of time but they are not able or don't not want to assist,

Today I went to the branch at Chatsmed Hospital for an ultrasound and Xray. I had to have my bladder full for the ultrasound. I was told that I needed to have 5 glasses of water and wait till I have the urge to use the toilet. I waited about 40 minutes and told then that I did need to use the toilet. A lady by the name of Aliyah came to me and with an arrogant tone at the get go, asked me if I was sure I needed to go. I said yes. She continued to say I. A very rude manner that I drank the water at 8.20 and that if my bladder was not full she will need to still do the ultrasound and it won't show correct results. So I said to her the question you asked is if I had the urge and I do? She takes me to the room and goes on again about how she is "not saying that I am lying" but if it's not full she will just need to do the ultrasound. Again I said if your question is do I have the urge and I am saying I do, I don't understand what more. She put the scan over my bladder and with an irritated gesture turns the screen and points. So i asked her what are you pointing at, she show me the volume of urine I my bladder. How the ****** hell do I know what the god damn volume is supposed to be I have no idea, she is so ***********. Her tone was so confrontational which I brought to her attention. No apology for the rude way she was talking to me at all. Gets so defensive. So I asked her, if you saw that it was not at the level it should be at you could have had the decency to say we cannot do it now can you wait a while longer. She says she didn't tell me that because what if I had an accident. What stupidity is that?! She didn't care if I was going to have an accident when she wasted my time with her arrogant conversation with me asking me the same question 10 times, but could not use her small brain to just say, I should wait its not full as yet! This lady should be sent for some skills training on how to speak to people. Clearly she lacks a lot. I don't know who she thinks she is to speak to an adult as if she is speaking to a child. If she cannot speak to people with respect and comment courtesy, she should not be in an environment that deals with people. There may be people in there that are going through something traumatic with their health and imagine having to deal with this pathetic excuse for a human. I am disgusted at her behaviour and lack of manners. The other two people I dealt with thereafter, I had no issue with. Please someone teach her some people skills

I have nothing but praise for Ms Ruth Chetty in Accounts. Twice, and in as many months, I have had to deal with her to sort out the ICD10 codes on my Invoices, for Medical Aid Submissions. Ms Chetty, is professional, efficient, and really on the ball. So often we are quick to complain, but Ms Chetty must be commended on her Customer Service as she is outstanding in her field. Well done JACKERPERSAD INC on your employee.

I have nothing but praise for Ms Ruth Chetty in Accounts. Twice, and in as many months, I have had to deal with her to sort out the ICD10 codes on my Invoices, for Medical Aid Submissions. Ms Chetty, is professional, efficient, and really on the ball. So often we are quick to complain, but Ms Chetty must be commended on her Customer Service as she is outstanding in her field. I have looked at Mrs Johannes' case this morning. The authorisation for the CT scan was obtained from Momentum medical aid, for which we also have an auth number. I did see a payment from Discovery as well on the invoice. I have called our head office and have spoken to The Debtors manager Ms Sharon Saha, and she will look into why discovery has not reversed the payment as yet, as it was requested many times. I will contact you as soon as this matter is rectified. No assistance from Jackpersad debtors management . How does a company take money from Discovery medical aid when we on another scheme?

In 2021, i used this company for medical reasons. They submitted the account to medical aid and I did not realise that medical aid did not pay. In May 2023 they sent an sms stating I had been handed over for an outstanding account and after contacting the attorneys I received the account for the first time (despite them having all my correct information). I settled the account immediately but declined to pay their attorneys fees as I had never received the account. Again, i never received a reply to my email. In September 2023 they sent another email requesting I pay the attorney fees. I have sent them another response declining to pay. I strongly suggest against this company. They are ****mers just looking for extra money!
