Completely and utterly useless. What a mess, and the sad part is that you don't really have a choice but to use them half of the time.
Don't list items for sale on Takealot if you literally have no stock. I can still go onto the website and pay for something I won't receive. Sort out your stocking issues.
I've tried ordering multiple items on multiple different occasions. I have not received a single one of them. All of them either get cancelled immediately leaving me without the money for a week, or they leave me hanging for a month only to cancel the order anyway....
Invoices are incorrect, I've been presented with 3 different prices for 1 scan, none of the 3 invoices are the correct quoted amount or even the correct procedure. Inconsistent invoicing with over R1,000 difference for the same procedure. Don't trust their SMS invoicing if you're paying cash. Request proper email invoicing with proof of procedure. DON'T GET CHARGED FOR THE WRONG SCAN! Or just use someone else. I will be in the future.
I've been a loyal customer for years and have spend upwards of 100,000 with this company. You'd think you'd get a little more support about a headset that arrived literally covered in mould. But a simple refund is too much to ask i suppose.

Glorified drop-shipping from unreliable and ***** suppliers. Good luck getting any warranty honored. Amazon couldn't come faster.
"Delivered within 5-7 working days" Only to be estimated dispatch 9 days later?!? Greedy company pushing for money for service like most others.
Where am I supposed to buy any of your products???
Running credit checks with no permission or warning. They didn't even have stock of the contract I was looking at?
