I would to share my horrible experience i have received from the employees of jackpersad and partnets both at ledmed shifa (Romilla) and team leader at head office(Rosanne), my telephonic interactions with these employees indicate that good client service is non existent. The manner in which Rosanne spoke to me over the phone was desrespectfull and did not even try to listen or have any empathy for what we were going through, Rosanne should not be in a team leader position with such terrible customer interaction skills, she will tarnish jackerpersad and partners image. We asked for assistance for a payment plan over a reasonable period of time but they are not able or don't not want to assist,

Went to the reservoir hills checkers hyper this evening and was insulted by a cashier by the name sibongeseni, he was rude, disinterested in his job, a product which I was going to purchase had no price tag, he argued with a colleague on who was to get the price and both refused, I was shocked, he then insulted me in a different language which I understood, he denied when I confronted him, I work in a client facing company and I know how important customers are and how they need to be treated, their are many people out there that need jobs, which sibongeseni does not value, I think sibongeseni needs to go for training to improve his client interaction s****s, and if he cannot, then reservoir hills checkers should mot put him in the front line, he will just tarnish checkers/checkers hyper image.
