I was invited to a charity event last week where we had Jacks Bagels catering for us. They've prepared a wide range of various filled bagels for everyone's taste. I had a jacks bagel cappuccino and man oh man, it was so heavenly. My favorite bagel was chicken and mayo topped with pieces of avocado, I also had one with bacon, cheese and avocado. You could taste the freshness in the ingredients and it was really professionally made. Their batista was amazing, making the most creamy and delectable cup of love in your mouth! 10/10 recommended to everyone.

I was invited to a charity event last week where we had Jacks Bagels catering for us. They've prepared a wide range of various filled bagels for everyone's taste. I had a jacks bagel cappuccino and man oh man, it was so heavenly. My favorite bagel was chicken and mayo topped with pieces of avocado, I also had one with bacon, cheese and avocado. JACKS BAGELS IS OUTSTANDING
At first I thought it was a patisserie but when my friend and I went inside, what an experience! The customer service was possibly the most friendly service I’ve received in my lifetime, the food was amazing and offers such a wide variety of bagels that I wasn’t aware existed. I’m definitely going back again. Perfect place to catch a coffee on a date or even get a breakfast after a jog.

JACKS BAGELS IS OUTSTANDING
At first I thought it was a patisserie but when my friend and I went inside, what an experience! The customer service was possibly the most friendly service I’ve received in my lifetime, the food was amazing and offers such a wide variety of bagels that I wasn’t aware existed. Mouthwatering Bagel Options
Recently moved to PE and if you love bagels like me then this is the place for you.They have a variety of both savory & sweet bagels to choose from.For me its their breakfast 🥯 , cheesecakes are mouthwatering and love their smoothies too

Terrible terrible service. We went to Jacks Bagels in George 12h40 (20 min before closing time). They said we couldnt order bagels because it is to late. The name is Jacks BAGELS but there is no BAGELS. I dont even like bagels, but i wanted to give it a go today and it would have been our first time visiting them. Many people are talking about going to them to try their bagels, but now of it comes up in conversation i will definitely NOT refer them. Very disappointing!!

Jacks Bagels George - Disgusting Service !!!!!
Shocking service from Jacks Bagels George -- The Opened approximately a month ago in George. I visited today to order 4 Breakfast Bagels--2 vegetarian and 2 bacon, on paying there was not enough cash float in the till to provide me with the correct change - hence I had to search in my bag for the exact amount. I received my takeaway order and once at my office proceeded to find out that the two vegetarian bagels in fact had large slices of bacon on. I proceeded to drive back to Jacks Bagels and quietly mentioned to the lady at the till that his error had been made, but that I did not want to make a scene, hence I did not return the 2 incorrect bagels but would like to pay for and re order another two vegetarian bagels. After once again paying and once again having to provide the exact amount, due to the till float still not being adequate to provide me my change and then waiting some time, the barista approached me and mentioned that he had noted a small problem on my new order, being that they had once again made the bagels to contain BACON, but that they were busy REMOVING it. At this stage I requested that I be refunded for my new order and I would be on my way. I was declined and the manager was called, I again said please just give me my money back for the 2nd order and was again declined by the staff member. The manager did not even bother to make an effort to greet me or discuss the issue - she went directly to the kitchen and started commenting loudly that all the breakfast bagels on the menu contained bacon, the barrister then corrected her and pointed out that there is a vegetarian option on the menu. I was then handed 2 bagels without bacon and still no contact or apology from the Manager. Needless to say the bagels ended up in my office dustbin and I will not be ordering from or promoting Jacks Bagels George ever again.
