Powder Granules on Jacobs Gold
Im so disappointed bought Jacobs Gold coffee in May at Pick n Pay in Port Shepstone, the granules of the coffee are powder at the bottom, and smell terrible. i contacted JACOBS via email with pictures of what im talking about, they made me look like im stupid i dont know what im talking about. This is my money guys we talking about, worse part i have been buying Jacobs for years, this is the first time im experiencing this

Not good quality
Bought the promotional package from PnPand upon opening the packet I noticed that the coffee looked different from the usual. The coffee looked like it was not dried and it was sealed properly, and I could not say it was PnP’s fault. I tried to lodge a complaint on the Jacobs web page, but I could not get the lot number correct and that is a bit confusing 🫤.

Not good quality

Poor quality
Jacob's coffee is no longer the coffee it used to be. Much weaker and does not taste the same. Did they change the formula but price more expensive??

DONT BUY JACOBS PRODUCTS
i purchased 2 coffee productsyesterday to enter the competition when i sent the till slip it says the till slip has already been used i called the consumer line there is so much sreaming and laughing in the backround that you are unable to hear the oppetator,i was informed that the marketing manager would contact me still waiting for a call today i call the callcentre again and am kept on hold for 23 minutes till i gave up i called again and was given this number 011 2157140 no one answeres just rings this id ***** and needs to be reportyd

Horrible taste in mouth
Iam a regular user of Jacob's coffee purchasing 4 to 5 bottles per month , I have very satisfied with the , product however a week ago on 28 April 2023 I purchased 1x bottle from checkers, Opened the bottle , made coffee as usual , a the first sip was actually tasted like spirits, horrible, I did have my slip therefore checkers couldn't replace , I made a second cup thinking it was something in the cup same problem.Very disappointed and the spirit taste is awful to get rid off in the mouth .Why is this , if seems as if the disinfect use was was bottles was left behind in the bottle .

Instant coffee's are moving forward and have great aroma.
Instant coffee's made by Jacobs brand is really moving forward each day. I have been drinking the Jacobs brand since I can remember and recently bought them on promotion at my local store. They usually sell them in 2's on promotion and this last very long as the blend is so strong that you only need a half a teas**** at a time to indulge in the absolute taste of the coffee. Makes the home smell very nice when we get visitors. Thank you
