Powder Granules on Jacobs Gold

Im so disappointed bought Jacobs Gold coffee in May at Pick n Pay in Port Shepstone, the granules of the coffee are powder at the bottom, and smell terrible. i contacted JACOBS via email with pictures of what im talking about, they made me look like im stupid i dont know what im talking about. This is my money guys we talking about, worse part i have been buying Jacobs for years, this is the first time im experiencing this
