I purchased a shoe at Jada footwear (was told it’s part of shadow footwear) in June. I wore the shoe for the very first time today and the heel broke.
I know that there is a 10 day return policy on the shoe and I’m unable to return it I am however very disappointed in the quality of the shoes being sold. I only wore the shoe for one full day and it broke now I’m sitting with a broken shoe I cannot return and have to give out money to have it fixed.
If the quality of the shoes are this terrible then you should not be charging an arm and a leg for it.
