I’ve settled one of the loans I have taken with you, however, it’s still reflecting that I owe an amount. Please provide clarity with what’s happening as this was paid on Saturday. The POP is attached to the email trail but according to the site I still owe an amount. I have paid R9217 on Saturday and the settlement about was valid for R9216.76 until 23rd August. Please can this be fixed and allocate the CORRECT payment to MY loan account as I shouldn’t owe anything on this loan. I have attached the POP, Settlement Statement and the statement I downloaded TODAY and they still allocated the incorrect payment to my account.
On 1st March I went to the store to purchase my groceries, in my groceries were some strawberries of R70. Today on the 2nd March, as I’m about to dig into my strawberries, lo and behold it’s mouldy, rotten and very soft. When I took this yesterday , they seemed fresh, they were placed into my refrigerator immediately when I had gotten home so they were not even standing out for them to become this way. Mind you, the expiry date is the 4th of March. Now normally I could eat on strawberries for 3-4 days from date of purchase before they look as disgusting but I didn’t even get a chance to eat these. Please live up to your name, I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the produce that came from your fridge! This truly put me off and actually makes me want to go shop elsewhere.
On Tuesday the 5th of November i had placed an order with you guys. The flowers I paid for was R174.99 which was out of stock. I received a phone call and I had to opt for a different set of roses which costed R149.99 according to the app, however i received the roses that were priced R130. I am still waiting on my refund as there has been a difference of R44.99 which is due to me. I was advised by the representative who called me that the money would be refunded directly to my bank account. When can i expect my refund and why does it take you people so long to pay the funds back? Today is the 10th of November- 5 days later and I still have not received my refund. You people should take tips from checkers and refund your customers immediately.
I purchased a meal for takeaway , sat down to eat and found a disgusting piece of hair in my fries. How the **** does hair get into fries if the using a scoop? This is so unsanitary and put me off from eating McDonald’s for the rest of my life 🤮🤮🤮🤮
On 6th January 2023 I placed an order worth R278.19 from SPAR KUILSRIVER. First call I received was for a replacement of one of the products, second call I received was from them to ask me if I could get the driver at another location and I said NO. After minutes had gone by I called the store to follow up on my order and the lady by the name of Rene (who was the one who called me the first and second time) and she told me the driver will call me when his outside. A few minutes later the driver calls me and tells me to get him elsewhere after I already told them that I CANNOT because his not coming into my area. Why did they accept my order and send out my order in the first place? I called the driver on 3 different occasions and he did not answer my calls, after an hour had passed I had to make a plan and make my way to the store and used petrol money out of my own pocket to go and fetch my order. I could’ve done that in the first place if I wanted to go to the ****ing shop! The level of service I received from Rene, the driver whose name is Leonard and her manager ****ing sucks. I didn’t even get a refund for delivery since I had to go fetch my own ****ing food. This definitely paints a different picture for SPAR and it’s not a good one. You left a bad taste in my mouth and I’ll make sure others know it too.
On the 6th January I received an sms from MTN indicating that my data was loaded. I went to go and check and only my minutes were loaded and no data received. I then checked on the mtn app and the last time I used data was yesterday 5th January. I then receive an sms a hour later saying that my spend limit has been reached 😡😡 how is this possible if I haven’t used any of the data and I’m connected to Wi-Fi? I contacted customer service and they don’t have an answer as to what the issue is and the very helpful and nice agent assisted me and logged a ticket for me. I want my data back! My 1.98 Gigs that were supposedly loaded and immediately taken away from me by you people! This is a very easy way to ruin relationships with customers. FIX THIS!
I purchased food from McDonald’s the order was as follows: 4 Big Mac burgers and 2 large Mc Flavour fries. My order arrived and I have one large Mc Flavour fries missing! The mr delivery s****** came to drop off my food, the bag was completely sealed and wasn’t tampered with. McDonald’s you need to make sure your staff stops talking to one another and pay attention to what they doing. This is not the first time i experience ****ty service from you people.
I purchased a shoe at Jada footwear (was told it’s part of shadow footwear) in June. I wore the shoe for the very first time today and the heel broke. I know that there is a 10 day return policy on the shoe and I’m unable to return it I am however very disappointed in the quality of the shoes being sold. I only wore the shoe for one full day and it broke now I’m sitting with a broken shoe I cannot return and have to give out money to have it fixed. If the quality of the shoes are this terrible then you should not be charging an arm and a leg for it.
I have a contract with Vodacom, I made my account payment on the Vodacom app on the 5th of March. Today is the 13th of March and on the app my account still shows that I owe an amount. I have chatted to a consultant named Nomsa and advised her about the problem. She then informed me to email the screenshot of the payment to pop@vodacom.co.za now I have sent my email off on the 10th of March and I haven’t received a single response from you people. Over the years Vodacom has really been a pain in the ass and every single time I get more and more convinced to leave your service and go elsewhere. Vodacom really sucks and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Please see to it that the payment is updated and your app can accommodate for these kind of services.
On the 24th of February 2022 I settled my loan with Finchoice and sent through the proof of payment. On the 25th of February I had received some money and Finchoice had debited my account I then called the call center and a lady assisted me by opening up a query/ ticket. I then received an email saying thank you for your your document. I did a follow up email to find out when my account would be updated and when I would receive my refund and I received a response on Saturday morning saying that it has been requested and it should take 24 to 48 hours. On Monday 28th of February I have not received anything and decided to send another follow up email and was advised the ticket was logged, about an hour or two later I received an sms stating the ticket was closed and has been resolved. Today is Wednesday the 2nd of March and I still have NO refund, my account still has a balance and the interest is accumulating! Whose problem is that? Definitely not mine, so I decided to call in and I got through to the most horrible consultant, she spoke over me and did not allow me to explain. She tells me they still busy with my query without asking for my details(mind you she doesn’t have access to my account as yet). And at the end of the call when asking for her name she keeps quiet and places the call on hold. I expect better service from a Finchoice consultant especially when the website makes its so easy to be assisted. If this is the kind of service I get then I would not recommend Finchoice to anyone even if it’s convenient. A refund process shouldn’t take up to a week, tomorrow would be a week exactly since I’ve settled my loan and I’m still sitting without my refund and my account still has a balance running. This is very very disappointing.
