The worst service ever! The owner is ****y and arrogant. I took my car in for service in December 2021 and when I went for my next service I discovered that the sump plug was damaged (kept on rotating but not coming lose), I called jai Jai Jai for assistance and advise since they were the last to service the car, the owner dismissed me arrogantly and told me to fix it by myself. His exact words were “it’s not my ****en problem, such things happen sort it out by yourself”, then he hung up on me.

I would rate this company zero, I took my car for assessment and fixing as it was overheating they told me it has been fixed and made pay for what they thought it was the course until I send it back with the same problem and they made me pay for switch which on the first place they didn't see as a problem. I there for paid for that switch, that was second payment of wrong part, I test drove the car with one of the employee and it happened to do the same problem of overheating. I left it again and they called to inform me it was fine. Only to find out that I have lost my lock nuts and the temperature doesn't stay on 90° as it suppose to be, the heater is not working as it was before. I was away on work n could take the car back then decided to take it for assessment in Polokwane only to find out that they have removed the thermostat start for the car not to overheat again. They have robbed me and bridged my car without my consent. If I was informed of the the thermostat start issue could have been better. I am really not happy about the service they have gave and the fact that they have bridged my car. I want them to fix my car, I want my heater working and my car not overheating.
