On the 28th July 2025, I took a second hand Casio MTG B1000 that I had bought through to their offices, as the watch wasn't working correctly. Despite everyone being busy with processing a new shipment that had arrived, Chantel and her technician helped me right away with an asses*****t of the watch, and it turned out to be counterfeit. I bought a genuine G-Shock right there and returned the **** one to where I had bought it. There was no judgement, just exceptional service and a great price for the new one. Thank you Chantel for a great experience. I'll be back.

I ordered a replacement strap for my Casio watch (which is 10 years old). It arrived from Japan in one month and I am very happy. The service was excellent, professional and efficient. The office where I collected the strap was neat and clean. This gives me peace of mind when purchasing Casio products, as the after sales experience is excellent.

I took my Casio watch for a battery to James Ralph as they are the agents for Casio in Jhb. When I collected my watch they not only charged me for a bsttery that was supposed to last for 5 years but also charged me for a service. Since then my watch would go dead completely and come back on after a while by itself. 3 months later I took it back to James Ralph only to be told that the module is faulty and again they want to charge me for a service and a battery after I have been told that I should rather buy a new watch at a discounted price because they can't repair my watch. So my question is! Why only after they have worked on my watch did it start having problems. I was met with a cold shoulder when I started questioning this incident. So if you want proper customer care, don't go to James Ralph.
