Jansen and Jansen will give you the poorest and very questionable service, their agents will shout at you like you are a child. Very incompetent I promise you. I made an arrangement for a settlement, to settle it in two consecutive months, after the second installment I call to enquire on the SMS I received regarding my latest balance, agents transferring me from pillar to post. The agent who politely assisted me with the arrangement now talking to me like am her child, next thing Phillipine the manager says it's my knock off time I'll call you tomorrow. (015 295 4775). If your account is ever handed over to this company you in deep trouble in fact try to avoid them until the next handover.
