To whom it may concern, I am writing regarding my 5-year-old daughter, who was admitted to Medforum on 20 September 2025. Upon admission, I was not informed beforehand that because she is over 5 years old, she would be expected to sleep alone. This was only communicated after she was admitted, which is both unacceptable and distressing. I want to make it very clear that I will not allow my daughter to sleep alone. At her age, she requires parental support and comfort, especially while admitted in hospital. I therefore request that immediate arrangements be made for me to stay with her overnight. This situation has caused unnecessary stress to both myself and my daughter, and I strongly urge the hospital to review its communication and admission practices so that parents are properly informed of such policies in advance. I expect urgent intervention in this matter and a written response from your office confirming how this will be resolved.
Unacceptable service from Game store centurion mall. Bought a fridge on Friday 29 November 2024. I asked if they can deliver it on Saturday or should I opt for an alternative store, I was told Saturday or Sunday the latest. I’m writing this it’s 17:41 on Sunday, I have grocery that needs to be in the fridge asap. This will result in me throwing away food since my previous fridge died on me.
Saturday the 25 of May 2024, money was *****ulently transferred from my bank account, immediately everything was blocked through the app. Monday the 27 of May I called FNB, they gave me a reference number and said they will investigate the matter with a turnaround time of 7 -30 days. Today it’s the 28 of June, I haven’t heard from the bank, Everytime I follow up they just tell me the matter will be escalated no feedback nothing. On Wednesday I decided to visit the branch and the consult at the bank said why do I use online banking because that’s how my details were exposed, how’s that my problem if their security was exposed. How do strangers get into my account and take money and then a consultant from the bank that I believe is keeping my money safe tells me it’s my fault for having an online banking.
Just like the rest of them it doesn’t work. They gonna ignore you on WhatsApp and all other platforms, you’ll then get a call from a guy named Nitesh Mohanlal he’ll also give you all these false promises then boom he disappears. I repeat do not sign up with them. I just dropped a video on tick tick and Twitter explain the horrible company you don’t wanna deal with.
Went on to the edgars website, bought two R200 sweaters for R350 because they were on sale. They only delivered one. I wrote them an e-mail to raise this. The customer service consultant calls me to tell me it was my fault that I didn’t click on the second one and there is nothing she can do. So clearly I gave away my R150 to Edgars cause there’s nothing they can do. She tells me I was suppose to choose two sweaters but on their website it’s written “Take two” on in one block. The price tag on the sweater was R200 when I received it. If this is not fixed I’m taking this to the consumer goods and service ombudsman.
i just called in to place an order at Mccdonalds Centurion, the service i got was the worst ive ever got. Meyahabo who happens to be the Manager answered the phone rudely so, i asked for kids meal and the response i got was the worst the next thing he was bickering with me over the phone. Guess what i wont pick up that order, ill eat elsewhere.
Jansen and Jansen will give you the poorest and very questionable service, their agents will shout at you like you are a child. Very incompetent I promise you. I made an arrangement for a settlement, to settle it in two consecutive months, after the second installment I call to enquire on the SMS I received regarding my latest balance, agents transferring me from pillar to post. The agent who politely assisted me with the arrangement now talking to me like am her child, next thing Phillipine the manager says it's my knock off time I'll call you tomorrow. (015 295 4775). If your account is ever handed over to this company you in deep trouble in fact try to avoid them until the next handover.
Rain will frustrate you and you will question whether you still want to continue with your sale or not. Two weeks ago I purchased a router for my little sister using her profile, but there was a mistake on the profile, I immediately called rain to fix this error and they said they working on it, next thing CCD couriers calls me confirming that the mistake is still not fixed, I cancelled the whole transaction after numerous phone calls and some really pathetic service from their staff. Yesterday I get a call from a lady called Thuli asking for the relevant documents so she can fix the problem, i was glad to continue with the transaction when a she called. to day the courier company confirms that nothing has been changed. i call rain a lady by the name of Khanyego gave me the worst service I've ever received. if you were me would you still continue with this service with no awesome service value for money or attitude in return of service.
