Horrific phone call

Phoned in for prices. I asked to send Shane the specifications on his email. He insisted I go over the specifications on the phone. The specifications were from an architect and quite comprehensive that is why I wanted to send an email. While looking for quotes other companies where more than happy to get the specifications sent to them.

But my biggest problem is the rudeness of Shane. Even if your customer is not clear with you, patience is needed and being rude does not do your company good. I did suggest sending an email because I knew I would not be able to clearly convey the full specifications over the phone. The pure rudeness over the phone is worst I have ever encountered in my life. If a phone call for a price was so horrific I cant imagine what working with this Shane will be like. No thank you. He even asked a question and put the phone down before I answered.
