Outstanding service from Shane and his team, from the day I was given a quote to installation everything was done with extreme professionalism and friendliness. I can recommend Jardine flooring to anyone who is looking for service excellence. Thank you for a fantastic job. Michael

Phoned in for prices. I asked to send Shane the specifications on his email. He insisted I go over the specifications on the phone. The specifications were from an architect and quite comprehensive that is why I wanted to send an email. While looking for quotes other companies where more than happy to get the specifications sent to them. But my biggest problem is the rudeness of Shane. Even if your customer is not clear with you, patience is needed and being rude does not do your company good. I did suggest sending an email because I knew I would not be able to clearly convey the full specifications over the phone. The pure rudeness over the phone is worst I have ever encountered in my life. If a phone call for a price was so horrific I cant imagine what working with this Shane will be like. No thank you. He even asked a question and put the phone down before I answered.

I was impressed with the Jardine Flooring website and requested a quote. Shane called back the next day and we made an arrangement for him to come and look at the area I needed to service. He did not turn up as promised and when I phoned him he put the phone down without so much as an explanation. Thinking the call had been cut off I phoned back immediately however it just rang & went to voicemail. I have not heard from him since.

No pre-instillation steps were undertaken - flooring was laid down on a completely uneven surface resulting in locks breaking. Was told this was normal and that a bouncy floor was acceptable and that I was being unreasonable.

Shane shouted at me over the phone to the point I had to ask him to only liaise with me on email going forward, had me in tears feeling as though I was stupid for complaining.

The company claims on both quote and website to be accredited by SAWLFA - which undertakes to ensure a high standard of work. On speaking to SAWLFA they confirmed Jardine flooring was NOT a member and was misrepresenting themselves. They are currently investigating. They also confirmed it was a required for a reputable company to check moisture levels, check floor to see where uneven and rectify this pre instillation.

Once I mentioned this to Shane he sent me a note saying he had no time to deal with people like me and wanted no more dealings with me. That he was coming to uninstall my floors and refund me. This is the best outcome as I've now arranged for a reputable SAWLFA company to rectify and do it properly this time. Please save yourself time and money and avoid this company.

Jardine Flooring installed a wooden floor throughout my home, the installation was well carried out however the front door would not close as it had not been shaved enough to accommodate the wooden floors. I reported this but got no response, eventually I gave up and got a handyman to fix the door. A few weeks later I noticed that there was a bump under one of the joins so I called Shane and asked him to please look at it because I was concerned that moisture may get under the flooring. I have now called 3 or 4 times and each time I am told that he has diarized it and will attend to it within a few days. The last time I called he recognised the number and did not take the call.
