I had a billing query. The consultant, Quintin Barnard, was very helpful and ensured that my query was dealt with quickly and effectively. Thanks Quintin.
I was impressed with the Jardine Flooring website and requested a quote. Shane called back the next day and we made an arrangement for him to come and look at the area I needed to service. He did not turn up as promised and when I phoned him he put the phone down without so much as an explanation. Thinking the call had been cut off I phoned back immediately however it just rang & went to voicemail. I have not heard from him since.
HP tell you to take your product to Ensure Services who demand money to even look at it, then you have to pay up front for the promise of a 5 day repair. Three weeks later there is still no sign of said laptop as they are 'awaiting spares'. If they are the designated HP repair centre why do they have to wait so long for parts??? Their call centre is a nightmare (out of the country) & are of no help whatsoever. There is never any useful correspondence either - I have had to contact them every time.<br> <br> I can't understand why Hewlett Packard haven't done anything about it.
I used Aran to move an apartment full of stuff from Cape Town to Joburg in August 2014. I still do not have my goods as my belongings are being held ransom until further monies are paid over and I am being charged exorbitant storage fees every month. <br> Consequently we are taking legal action. If anyone is willing to provide me with an affidavit of their experience with Aran or assistance with the case please contact me.
