Disappointing eating experience

We had brunch here on a Saturday morning. Our server was grumpy and unhelpful. Our coffee was burnt. Our food took ages and was cold. Our bill was exorbitant for the small portions of overcooked mushrooms and soggy eggs we had. Really disappointing as we had heard so many good things about this place!
