<div>Its amazing how there is a lack of Communication and lack of Empathy when dealing with people. When big titled persons know the law and feel that the way they treat people is okay and will only respond when it suits their time money and needs - Trying to get Information out of Tracey-Lee Philander was almost impossible, and still waiting on a reply after replying within minutes of her reply after calling more than once and sending more than one email to be noticed by either the Receptionist (Antonia Philander) or the anyone else that responds to emails from the email address (reception@jasonfreel.co.za) I Send Numerous emails to the Secretary of the company as well as *****, but not even an acknowledgement of receipt, but when you call they rattle allot of big words at you and then tell you its okay to lose money - its a common mistake that the deeds office makes - and they being the paid lawyers for the job cannot take responsibility of other ppl mistakes - and its common to lose money - accept it and move on - Its hard to understand that persons like this represent other clients, and makes me wonder how well the company looks after their other clients and if its okay for them to just lose money, for a job you pay them to do, makes me wonder if they do their job to score brownies or extra commission, It is almost like their Email service only works when it benefits the company, and then they can send you emails to advise when the money is in their account and that you need to pay NOW or the deal wont happen. I Will NEVER suggest this company for bond transfers in or out even to my competitors, as it will give me an unfair advantage, as it seems that its okay to shift blame when they were paid to check the documentation .</div>
