For an Attorney firm, I am very disappointed in the manner the owner handles serious situations. I am a client of the above mentioned firm and on the 17th Jan 2023 I was at the office attending a scheduled meeting. An incident took place resulting in me hurting my lower on the premises of the above mentioned firm. A week later I informed Jason by sending him an email to the receptionist desk (of which till date absolute no reply) I called the office on Friday and was informed that Jason was in a meeting I can however send him a direct email of which I did, once again no response from Jason. I mean for an Attorney firm it just shows how little some of his clients are taken care of. I went to my GP on Saturday since I still have so much pain, luckily the severity of my injuries are not as serious but I was placed on medication. In situations like this one just needs to show some compassionate and humanity instead of turning a blind eye and ignoring your clients.

Pathetic service after deal went through - I've been waiting for just over 8 months for certificates - HOW?? lawyers are unable to return calls it seems. The person I spoke to months ago sent me someone else's documents which included identity numbers and purchase prices - AGAIN HOW??? HOW DO YOU MAKE SUCH A MAKE WITH CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION??? - UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST.

OVERVI Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value How can you do business the way you do.Handling peoples money the way you do, not paying them what they suppose to be paid, taking personal documents and going on holiday. Our new born baby can't be registered now because of you not providing us with our personal documents . <div>Its amazing how there is a lack of Communication and lack of Empathy when dealing with people. When big titled persons know the law and feel that the way they treat people is okay and will only respond when it suits their time money and needs - Trying to get Information out of Tracey-Lee Philander was almost impossible, and still waiting on a reply after replying within minutes of her reply after calling more than once and sending more than one email to be noticed by either the Receptionist (Antonia Philander) or the anyone else that responds to emails from the email address (reception@jasonfreel.co.za) I Send Numerous emails to the Secretary of the company as well as *****, but not even an acknowledgement of receipt, but when you call they rattle allot of big words at you and then tell you its okay to lose money - its a common mistake that the deeds office makes - and they being the paid lawyers for the job cannot take responsibility of other ppl mistakes - and its common to lose money - accept it and move on - Its hard to understand that persons like this represent other clients, and makes me wonder how well the company looks after their other clients and if its okay for them to just lose money, for a job you pay them to do, makes me wonder if they do their job to score brownies or extra commission, It is almost like their Email service only works when it benefits the company, and then they can send you emails to advise when the money is in their account and that you need to pay NOW or the deal wont happen. I Will NEVER suggest this company for bond transfers in or out even to my competitors, as it will give me an unfair advantage, as it seems that its okay to shift blame when they were paid to check the documentation .</div>

Absolutely pathetic and unethical service from Nadine Wilds @ Jason and Freel. Unhelpful and full of delay tactics, always an excuse and never a solution. Such an unfortunate situation that I have to deal with this bunch of unethical people - I have to beg for responses to emails and then she call me 4days later to advise they have not done anything the entire week about registering our property and when I request that I get this communication in writing the question is averted - I do not trust them and this is why I always request correspondence in writing. I would advise you to stay away from them if you value your time. If you love being taken for a ride with unprofessional people please go ahead to Jason and Freel Associates, they would be able to assist.
