Incident

For an Attorney firm, I am very disappointed in the manner the owner handles serious situations. I am a client of the above mentioned firm and on the 17th Jan 2023 I was at the office attending a scheduled meeting. An incident took place resulting in me hurting my lower on the premises of the above mentioned firm. A week later I informed Jason by sending him an email to the receptionist desk (of which till date absolute no reply) I called the office on Friday and was informed that Jason was in a meeting I can however send him a direct email of which I did, once again no response from Jason. I mean for an Attorney firm it just shows how little some of his clients are taken care of. I went to my GP on Saturday since I still have so much pain, luckily the severity of my injuries are not as serious but I was placed on medication.

In situations like this one just needs to show some compassionate and humanity instead of turning a blind eye and ignoring your clients.
