I would not recommend this rental agency at all! I was in business with these people for 12 months, not only did they not invest my deposit correctly but also used and allocated my funds as they pleased. Glenis who was the agent PATHETIC!!!! I will not recommend her at all! I ended up going off on the manager because of that ladies sloppy work. She makes payment arrangements with you as the tenant and at the end of the day your money is not well invested. They end up standing up more for the landlords and treat you as the tenant as ****! I had to stand for fair wear tear when I was well within my lease agreement rights! Long story short if you can, people take your business elsewhere. There's way better agents out there.
For an Attorney firm, I am very disappointed in the manner the owner handles serious situations. I am a client of the above mentioned firm and on the 17th Jan 2023 I was at the office attending a scheduled meeting. An incident took place resulting in me hurting my lower on the premises of the above mentioned firm. A week later I informed Jason by sending him an email to the receptionist desk (of which till date absolute no reply) I called the office on Friday and was informed that Jason was in a meeting I can however send him a direct email of which I did, once again no response from Jason. I mean for an Attorney firm it just shows how little some of his clients are taken care of. I went to my GP on Saturday since I still have so much pain, luckily the severity of my injuries are not as serious but I was placed on medication. In situations like this one just needs to show some compassionate and humanity instead of turning a blind eye and ignoring your clients.
I cancelled one of my policies with Budget Insurance on the 16 Nov 2023, the debit order went off as per normal. When I questioned about that I was informed that I will be refunded, today is the 20 Dec 2023 and STILL!!! not a single cent was refunded to me, the consultant that emailed me on the 12 Dec 2023 stating that cancellation takes 21 working days and then 7 working days for the refund. I called in this morning and still UNCER*****Y all over the place. No team leader, no manager not even a supervisor till date has the decency to call me and apologies! And that is why I will NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, REGARDLESS OF HOW CHEAP THEY ARE COMPARED TO OTHER COMPANIES. Rather pay that extra penny for good service.
For the time that I've been insured with Budget Insurance and it's external holders, my personal customer service assistance has been rather poor. One would think that when you have an email address from the "Head of the Department"( Mr Tyrone tyronelo@budgetins.co.za , I'm not even sure if this person exist but whenever I send him an email I get a turn over time with regards to a response but then I never receive any response from him EVER!!!!), when logging a complaint matters would be resolved swiftly. I've had a Service plan with the Innovation group, I was not able to accumulate the insured amount of kilometers on my cars mileage in order for my vehicle to be insured. I however called in I think that was around March this year just to do a curtsy follow up since no one bothered to and I asked the consultant who then assisted me that should my vehicle not reach the certain mileage before then when will I then be able to take the vehicle for a service? She then informed me that I can take it before December 2023 ends and that it will AUTOMATICALLY be an annual service (COOL HAPPY DAYS). Once again I did another follow up (November 15 @ 16h03 pm) just to make sure that we all on the same page but to my surprise the guy who assisted me then informed me that unfortunately my vehicle has now accumulated too much kilometers and therefore will not be able to serviced I need to start all AGAIN!!! LONG STORY SHORT, I aired my frustration and told the consultant to IMMEDIATELY submit a Cancellation because I just about had it with **** customer service when it comes to Budget Insurance! I was informed on the 16th November when I sent a email to find out if my cancellation has been processed that it will take from then (16 Nov 2023) 14 WORKING DAYS to be processed. NO ONE MENTIONED ANYTHING ABOUT ANY ADDITIONAL WORKING DAYS FOR ANY OTHER PROCESS. I've been doing follow up calls and emails (ON MY EXPENSES) and still it's been said to me 14 WORKING DAYS (which was due on the 06 Dec 2023) Yesterday to yet another shocking discovery A CANCELLATION TAKES 21 WORKING DAYS AND AN ADDITIONAL 7 WORKING DAYS FOR A REFUND TO TAKE PLACE! And by then I was beyond ****ed! I called in on the 11 Dec 2023 (on my expenses once again) and spoke to a guy by the name of Dillon who said he will log a request for a manager to call me before end of business to discuss my refund, 12 Dec 2023 @ 09h15 I called in again and the lady that assisted me then said apparently these NO MANAGERS who can assist me and after demanding that she either goes and source a manager or head of the department she made my call hang until my airtime eventually ran out. I REFUSE TO WAIT FOR MY REFUND BECAUSE THIS WAS NOT COMMUNICATED FROM DAY 1!
This is by far the most PATHETIC online shopping website. Items are being advertised for weeks on end! As soon as I make a purchase online the ITEM after a week becomes UNAVAILABLE in Stock and the mos PATHETIC part is without notifying they just go ahead and CANCEL your purchased items. I never had this kind of service when TFG Online was still in process but since BASH took over! My shopping online has become very unpleasant I must say.
I made a online purchase on Thursday 24 August 2023 before noon if my memory serves me correct. ALL the items that I PURCHASED showed available BEFORE and AFTER I made my purchase. On Friday 25 August I received this email "We're so sorry to tell you that we have not been able to find one or more of the products in your order B2354939-01 placed on 23 August 2023." Monday Morning when I opened my emails I ONLY then saw the above reply. This is not the first time I had to experience this (ITEMS NOT BEING AVAILABLE AFTER I MADE THE PURCHASE) and at first I was very lenient but since it's becoming a NORM I cannot leave it every time as " LETS BE CONSIDERATE"! Are the online SALES Items not updated the way it's supposed to be? I literally had those two sales Items laying for a WHOLE WEEK in my basket and YET once again, the availability status was STOCK AVAILABLE! And now I must just accept that there's no "STOCK"? Sorry not my problem. So after receiving the email on Monday I've been in contact with a Bash consultant Onique and I told the consultant I will not accept this, I want a Manger TO GIVE ME A CALL AND TILL THIS HOUR NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME! I've been doing follow up emails and I even went as far yesterday to call the Customer Service, I then spoke to a Lady by the Name Lucrisa on Tuesday 29 August @ 10h00 who ALSO promised that a Manager will contact me, APPARENTLY there's three of them.... I made another follow up call at @14H34 PM once again I spoke to another consultant I asked if I could speak to Lucrisa (REF 896412) I hold for a while but was informed Lucrisa is busy she will give me a call back soonest. TODAY is Wednesday 30 August @ 09h05 AM , and not a SINGLE soul from Bash support has contacted me!!!!! PATHETIC!!!! I want my TWO orders that I purchased NOT BE REFUNDED! I want the same items or something similar for that SALE PRICE I initially PAID For, I will not take it upon myself that because of their own sloppiness by not updating the website to just cancel items left right and center!

I've been battling with CellC as a WHOLE and for the past two YEARS! it's been a struggling getting actual feedback besides a damn ticket number and then never hearing from them again! Cellc has caused so much damage to my credit records and till this hour it HAS not been cleared up... I will NEVER, NEVER,NEVER EVER!!! do business with CellC again! ALL I NEED IS FOR CELLC TO CLEAR MY CREDIT OR ITC PROFILE SO THAT MY CREDIT RECORDS CAN NOT LOOK SO ****! BECAUSE OF THEM
I had two CELL C accounts of which one was handed over to legal dep. The account is PAID UP, CANCELLED AND SUPPOSED TO BE CLEARED from my name. The second account was cancelled, LAST PAYMENT WAS RECEIVED but still shows ACTIVE on my credit score. As for the other account CELL C GOES AND ADD A DEFAULT STATUS to my ITC!!!!! How the HELL when I stuck to my promise and paid the account finish and still received a PAID UP ZERO!!!!BALANCE STATEMENT from the legal dep. BUT still CELL C feels they must go and ADD **** to my ITC and till this hour there isn't one TRAINED and COMPETENT consultant who eligible to assist me. I contacted CELL C on numerous occasions with no SATISFACTION nor ASSISTANCE, and every time I send emails to the customer service dep. I every time just receive a NEW TICKET number! Now I've sent through follow up emails and calls but still the same DISGUSTING service that I am used to when it comes to CELL C. This is such a big deal for me because 1st of all my ITC record is of utmost important to me and I never allow **** like defaults and poor payment judgment tracking get added to my name. Now as for CELL C I seriously don't know when this company is going to up there game, and I bet after this review I will be assisted because this is just how they roll! THE CUSTOMER MUST FIRST ***** AND MOAN AND BE RUDE BEFORE BEING ASSISTED.
I bought a bottle of BIO Plus syrup at Checkers Langverwacht on the 31st of July 2020. I only consumed the syrup on Monday 03rd August 2020 and almost again Tuesday the 04th August 2020. My sister Tuesday morning asked me if she could use of the syrup as well and I said she may, now my Sister is the "Careful" type when it comes to retail products especially expiring dates. She asked me if I knew that I bought a product that expired in January 2020 and we in August already? I at first thought she was tripping because I mean what is an expiring item of 8 months later still doing on the shelves? I had a look at the expiring date on the box of the syrup and to my surprise my sister was not joking. I sent an email Tuesday Morning to Checkers customer care and was in contact with Elisha from customer care. She was of cause "Apologetic" like any other customer care would be, and informed me that she will address the shop and take matters "further". Yesterday I received a call from Elisha saying that too resolve my complaint the store can offer me a R 150.00 CHECKERS VOUCHER!!!!!!? I was so damn ****ed or rather disgusted! I mean is the customers lives really a R 150.00 VOUCHER WORTH! They should disgust themselves for even thinking a R 150.00 VOUCHER will correct matters! What if I had a allergic reaction to that expired syrup or even became ill? I myself work for the Dep.of Health and know how dangerous expired medication is or even any expired item! It is 2 days later since I logged my complaint and not once did I get a call from the store manager, just shows how "APOLOGETIC" THEY REALLY ARE. This matter I will definitely take further.
