We bought a house in 2019 through this Real Estate Agency- but Remax was also selling the same house. I had a Remax advisor approach the Grossh Properties agent to let them sell to me, but the agent did not want to. Since living in the house i realised why this agent didn't want to let go and wanted us to buy the house through them. She used her own Beetle inspector who signed off the Electrical work and everything else, We bought it for over a million and still fixing up - used about over R500 000 now. be careful of this agency and the main was rigged. Council slapped us with a letter in the first week of living there - the stove was wired up incorrectly - garage door broke the same week. house rained loads of water during the first rainfall. lost with words... Be careful - and still fixing the house -- Agent was emailed numerous times i phoned the bank and they ignored me too..Bank sells houses so I might take this further after 5 years of hardship- spending so much extra money. struggling.

Mr Edgar firstly seems like he is pushing ,caring and honest… promising as if process will be done in 3 months. But we exceeded 3 months long time ago. I’m so frustrated and angry… regranting working with him. WHY😡😡

I would not recommend this rental agency at all! I was in business with these people for 12 months, not only did they not invest my deposit correctly but also used and allocated my funds as they pleased. Glenis who was the agent PATHETIC!!!! I will not recommend her at all! I ended up going off on the manager because of that ladies sloppy work. She makes payment arrangements with you as the tenant and at the end of the day your money is not well invested. They end up standing up more for the landlords and treat you as the tenant as ****! I had to stand for fair wear tear when I was well within my lease agreement rights! Long story short if you can, people take your business elsewhere. There's way better agents out there.

"PEOPLE PLEASE DON'T SUPPORT THIS KAK PROPERTY AGENCY " I've dealt with them in February 22 and had to put up with kak service. A sale that had to be finished by early May22 ended up end August22 with unfinished kak that this people couldn't handle. I've been lied to by an agent Eunice Louw, and she had the support from her principal Roslin, who excepted responsibility, just to turn around to pass the blame on me for being dillegent and not only supplied them with all information needed for the deal, but could get help with the City, COC's, and even as far as the registration. Yet, this idiots couldn't deliver as promised. The agent responsible Eunice Louw, also made a promise to pay for referrals and couldn't stick to it, as she expects me to beg for whatever I was owed. At times the agents get so desperate for business, as to advertise about how much they offer for any positive referrals. She also asked for what brand whiskey and beer I consume as her son in-law works for Heineken. She even boasted about selling a house in Happy Valley of wich the deal went through, even though a family dispute was still lingering about. Confirming also that they had to get Law enforcement in to get calmness about the case. Another incident was that of when I wasn't present at the time, my mom had to sign paperwork, she would have been conned out of almost R13k in agency fees. This because she, the agent, had a weekend away planned and didn't feel the need to oversee something as important as a R1.2m deal. What kind of crooks for an agency does this? She then put the blame on the attorneys, ESI, that Grosch properties normally deal with. Now you can imagine what other dodgy business is this people up to? All I need people to see is that this is a kak business, and they only care about how much is gonna end up in their pockets. They can go **** themselves for all I care!

Ive been in a rental from Grosch from 1st December 2020 and signed a year contract. However, in Feb 21 i was told that the property that im renting is being sold and i must please allow people to view. The Electricity box in the house was also faulty and i used R3400 of electricity the first month. Then in Jan i was told that im getting a rebate for R1k. I found a new place and moved at the end of April and still didnt get my deposit of R21k back. I had an agreement with Grosch that my ex is paying half of my rent and they agreed, but now they maintain that they cannot find the pmnts. They are insisting that i give them proof of all his payments and he is refusing to give it to me because we are not on good terms. I've had serious problems with Grosch and a lot of stress and i got divorced in Sep 20. I would really appreciate it if you could intervene and assist with getting my deposit back. Thank you and kind regards Janine Erasmus- property was 10C Brand Street, Soneike, kuilsriver

Roslyn from Grosh properties are the most unprofessional person, she put us on a month to month rental due to my husband being diagnosed with motor neuron, and I had everything ready for a move to durban in march , then she says no we cant leave untill april 2020, well then before lockdown she found new tenants and wanted us out but the trucks were booked for end April not march, our reason was affordability, and we needed to love with family than can assist with my husband, I did ask her to excuse us and that I am aware the owner received s payment holiday, we paid for April, she then said we have our deposit she will use that for this months rent, now she says the owner said no, now I am saying no to, good luck taking a disabled man to court that is bed ridden
