We bought a house in 2019 through this Real Estate Agency- but Remax was also selling the same house. I had a Remax advisor approach the Grossh Properties agent to let them sell to me, but the agent did not want to. Since living in the house i realised why this agent didn't want to let go and wanted us to buy the house through them. She used her own Beetle inspector who signed off the Electrical work and everything else, We bought it for over a million and still fixing up - used about over R500 000 now. be careful of this agency and the main was rigged. Council slapped us with a letter in the first week of living there - the stove was wired up incorrectly - garage door broke the same week. house rained loads of water during the first rainfall. lost with words... Be careful - and still fixing the house -- Agent was emailed numerous times i phoned the bank and they ignored me too..Bank sells houses so I might take this further after 5 years of hardship- spending so much extra money. struggling.
I opened up a contract and within the 7th day i was allowed to cancel it should i am not feeling comfortable, which i cancelled. Registration 14th March and termination email 25 March 2025 and this is within the 7th day as per their contract, but within that 7th day the debit order came off and now that i terminated the contract i am requesting my money back and they refusing to refund me saying first installement is for admin fees, but i cancelled my contract so how can they use my money for admin fees still. Within that 7th day , it was a weekend and on public holiday 21st March which should not be included into the 7th day. No business includes a weekend and a public holiday in any query. I am requested my full refund back. The staff gives BAD SERVICE, they laugh at you whilst talking thinking i am a joke, its a persons money and i am disgusted at Management Joy Daries , i told her i am going to pur a bad review on hellopeter and she confirmed "" go everybody want to put bad reviews on hellopeter. Making this platform a joke.. I am requesting my full refund back. For your reference, this ticket id is #29159. I have never come across a company who mention you may terminate within 7 days and still take you money...!!!!!!!!!... Who does this. How many other people are you robbing. I want my refind back by tonight

Morning. I received feedback from capitec bank. All the moneys the persons withdrwn out of their back and therefor i will not be refunded. I am amgry. The day i phoned the ***** department . At 535 am the Saturday morning , CAPITEC BANK Had to act immediately by reverseing my money from the peraons. Therefor i am disgusted. Angry and their Service Is putret. I will not recomend anyone taking out a capitec bank account ever. Ia want to be Compensated For Their Putred Disgusted Low Poor Service. NO ONE HAS EMPATHY OR CARES. My incident 113936562- ***** Case- I phoned on Saturday morning 5:45 about my ***** case- Instead of the Consultant reverse the payments to the *****sters imediately they requested a case , got the case number the same day emailed it in. 16 December 2023 logged- No one worked on my case until the following week. ( the reply of Capitec : "Capitec Bank was not able to salvage any funds due to the matter being reported after the ***** occured") A WEEK LATER THEY WANT TO SALVAGE MY MONEY - When you call the first time to the ***** department - At that moment reverse the money. i HOLD CAPITEC ACCOUNTABLE FOR MY MONEY BEING ******, THEY QUICK TO SAY ITS NOT AN INTERNAL PERSON WHO DID THIS. SASFIN bank has confirmed that all funds were utilized by the time the matter was reported to the bank. Standard Bank has confirmed that all funds were utilized by the time the matter was reported to the bank. Read the above -- funds utilized byt the time the matter was reported.. I HOLD CAPITAL ACCOUNTABLE FOR NOT ACTING IMMEDIATELY. In Soweto Live - Another client money was withdrawn from his bank account while being in Capitec Bank infront of the consultant his app didnt work properly. He tells the consultant , she tell him to get a Case number... CAPITEC DIDN'T ACT IMMEDIATELY... TO REVERSE HIS MONEY... SAME FEEDBACK WAS EMAIL TO THE MEMBER - Banks that received the money was withdrawn immediatly now Capitec cant pay back the money..CLEARLY THIS IS AN INSIDE JOB .THE SAME EMAIL WAS USED TO REPLY TO THAT CLIENT... i HAD TO GO AN OPEN ANOTHER BANK ACCOUNT. i WANT MY MONEY BACK... I would like to be anonymous. Be careful taking out a loan online. Needed a quote but the lady says Iha e to submit then she can give me the breakdown of quote. But actually it works like this. Once she submit the loan for review it's not for review it's a loan accepted . And u try to terminate the loan from the first day of the approval documents. Explain u can't afford the installment . U reply to the email and then phoned into one could help but no one could help me terminate. U as a client is doing the right things to terminate and no one reply to the emails . Send a complaint in . Manage explains they can retrieve the loan . Appologise and that's it. Don't esclalte the query. ***ond step. Bank ombudsman. The now with the judicator. Any help. Need guidance. The interest climb and your name is bad on the credit bureau and your get defaulted trying to terminate a loan from day one. It's now over a year and still struggling. Please help Don't ever take a online loan through NEDBANK.
