Suddenly there app is not operational. I have tried different methods including there customer service and chat bod. Also why are you repeating old movies 200 x. Your not honest with clients. You are *****ing money. Multichouse does not resolve queries. Can we please get the consumer council involved.
I went there last year and for a day vissit, as I was refered to dr Riasn venter claiming I might have cancer. Then they requested me to pay in advance, double billed me, on my stay and many other items, when I went to the managers office and showed her the price they have online for 2023 was not the same as my billing. I requested a refund, there was also a misdiagnosis a big fight and I am still in pain, the had the paramedic to force me out of the office then they also wanted to withhold my medication. I have been querying them and they just ignored me. Please help i have proof
I bought data yesterday on my app and guess what when I realized that it's not coming through I dialed mtn on my app you can see I purchased it but for some unknown reason it only updates on the 27th, they however told me it takes an hour still nothing. I am so sick of these **** of the earth the money left my account so then they are gaining interst for no data. On the app it says uif you cancel the purchase you will still be charged. Could someone please remove mtn as a provider.
My company gave me a letter of appointment in agust and requested me to pay the ffc, when I told only realty ballito that they are aware that I have been sick, the entire time and could not practise, they insisted I pay the ffc R2929 and R845, now this is a lot of money. 4 days later they called to say I am no longer needed as no sales produced. I requested my money back they will only refund me R1700. However I have never practised. I was diagnosed with a heart condition this they were aware of. These people are only taking money that is distributed between property practioners. This is the most greedy company.
Si dstv never came back to me about there new app, that is definitely not legal. I downloaded some movies, so remember you have to use your data for that. Just see that they expired the next day. Then I had to download them again I they never expired. Come on this is blatant theft. Please dont explain this to me as I am sure the bs you would come up with will never be the truth
Night Surfer are affordable, once off bundles that can be used between midnight and 7 in the morning. They are valid for 31 days on the Telkom network., are unable to use it, uses my normal airtime at midnight. To top it off telkom is always down or slow. What a bunch of lies they sell us. Rather they are using our money for buisiness rescue
Why suddenly is the dstv app not showing added movies. These people need to be boycotted from doing buisiness, the endless repeats and old movies, then the lies the feed you over the phone. Plus providers that ***** and threaten you.
I paid for acsess fee and I paid double R41,47, then the package was R19,00 then I went back to R120 package and then they debited me with a R178, I called emailed no refund so my bank reversed it now they want 237, what the hell is going on at dstv *****ing funds Your upgrade to *DStv Access R120 P/M* will be effective immediately, which means you'll be paying *R70.45* on *08 March 2023*, your next billing date. This total includes your adjusted *DStv Access R120 P/M* fee for the rest of this month. What would you like the statement shows R78, double billed please fix

I phoned them 8 x waisted R400 phone calls to change my decoder to another, and still no response when I call them they pretend to not know what I am talking about but already billed me, what a waste of time and effort there customer services cant even speak english or pretend to not hear, or drop the phone. What a disgrace
