Worst piece of k . . They bill you for something without dealing with the problem. Their staff needs training and I don't recommend them to anybody. Bianca Jacobs and Leisanda Govender is from the sh.ts that needs more training.
Vox need to own up for the *** service the are providing. After recieving a call to confirm that im getting a callout from them and me stating that I won't be liable for any fees, they send me a bill. This after I have asked Bianca Jacob's and Leisanda Govender to cancel the deal we'll before it was active. There *** way of handing the consumer will be taken up with big boss Jaques de Toit.
This ****ers is taking people's money and supply *** service. They bill you for ***, even after asking with your decline, if you would pay a callout fee. They just don't care about the consumer, who in this case told them to cancel an account that wasn't even active yet. Now the want to ****ing bill you for ***!
*** service provider. I'm struggling to get my connection sorted and they don't want to send a technical team to check the system. I've had a person at my cost out to check, and he found nothing wrong. They tell me that the problem is on my side.
"PEOPLE PLEASE DON'T SUPPORT THIS KAK PROPERTY AGENCY " I've dealt with them in February 22 and had to put up with kak service. A sale that had to be finished by early May22 ended up end August22 with unfinished kak that this people couldn't handle. I've been lied to by an agent Eunice Louw, and she had the support from her principal Roslin, who excepted responsibility, just to turn around to pass the blame on me for being dillegent and not only supplied them with all information needed for the deal, but could get help with the City, COC's, and even as far as the registration. Yet, this idiots couldn't deliver as promised. The agent responsible Eunice Louw, also made a promise to pay for referrals and couldn't stick to it, as she expects me to beg for whatever I was owed. At times the agents get so desperate for business, as to advertise about how much they offer for any positive referrals. She also asked for what brand whiskey and beer I consume as her son in-law works for Heineken. She even boasted about selling a house in Happy Valley of wich the deal went through, even though a family dispute was still lingering about. Confirming also that they had to get Law enforcement in to get calmness about the case. Another incident was that of when I wasn't present at the time, my mom had to sign paperwork, she would have been conned out of almost R13k in agency fees. This because she, the agent, had a weekend away planned and didn't feel the need to oversee something as important as a R1.2m deal. What kind of crooks for an agency does this? She then put the blame on the attorneys, ESI, that Grosch properties normally deal with. Now you can imagine what other dodgy business is this people up to? All I need people to see is that this is a kak business, and they only care about how much is gonna end up in their pockets. They can go **** themselves for all I care!
This is just a plain kak service providing, kak cars to be given, ****ed-up staff to deal with company. NOBODY and I repeat NOBODY, should support this brand as it isn't just the kak service. Ontop of the kak insurance provider that referred this kak service provider, you are being supplied with kak cars, that not only isn't even filled up properly, the car can't even pull into a driveway that a 159year old granny can stroll up with ease. After bringing it under the people's attention, I was told to just return it half filled, just to be ****ed over with the return of my R50 short deposit. Now this dumb ****s is telling me that we have signed a contract stating that the consumer must pay for their ****ing paperwork. As if the ****s don't make enough money that is to be taken out of the ****ing country as this isn't a local firm.Please people, open your eyes and support another brand that has our interest at heart, and dont **** you over with hidden kak that they say you agreed to. Ps: On the signed documents was an NB (note) stating the the content wasn't read, and the person who delivered it, didn't get agreed documents for monies to be deducted. I made it clear that all costs was to the insurance, after wich his reply was that my "cash" deposit is fully refundable. Come check my ****ing cameras."****ing Crooks "
This has been a very pleasant experience, having the King send one of the best representation to help me sort a mess created by a kak AutoandGeneral. I am very grateful for the good reception to your family. I wish to have the same feeling right through our transaction.
This is supposed to be a good service provider, but my personal experience says otherwise. After logging a claim on 23/12/2023, I am today 23/02/2023, still sitting with kak that isn't sorted yet. The dumb ****s make a person sound and look stupid for how the can dragg something as simple as a plug and play repair, out to become a nightmare. In todays day and age, to pay the exorbitant amounts on insurance even whilst being unemployed, is already difficult. What still about the service provider dragging their feet to get things done. Look at the difference i the dates and this for some simple fix. As soon as we are done I am definitely making a point of advocating the kak I am getting from Auto&General.
