I enquired about my kids names not appearing on my policy and Miche Holworthy took her time to explain everything in detail especially regarding my kids cover once their turn 18 etc and as much as that is many many years away it was wonderful to get that insight and clarity from Miche. Thank you for your outstanding service
I was wanting to cancel my premium due to the rising cost of living and already having extensive cover, Anke was able to decrease my premium and cover to make it more affordable for me to still have cancer cover at a more affordable rate instead of cancelling on the whole, I was grateful for the flexibility
Had the worst service at Pep Stores Kenilworth Centre yesterday, 04 May 2021. I went to collect a paxi parcel, The line in the store was all the way to the back for customer purchasing items. I stood at the paxi counter and asked the cashier to please advise who can assist me with getting my parcel, she rudely told me to go stand in the line as they need to action it on the system; I told her I WILL not stand in that ridiculously long line when I am just here to collect a parcel, they all started ignoring me, till I requested to please speak to the manager who was none other than the same lady who was rude to me, Her name was Frances. She then started screaming around asking who has the paxi phone to assist me, I waited a further 10 minutes before someone came to assist me. Pathetic service and a terribly rude store manager.
Absolutely pathetic and unethical service from Nadine Wilds @ Jason and Freel. Unhelpful and full of delay tactics, always an excuse and never a solution. Such an unfortunate situation that I have to deal with this bunch of unethical people - I have to beg for responses to emails and then she call me 4days later to advise they have not done anything the entire week about registering our property and when I request that I get this communication in writing the question is averted - I do not trust them and this is why I always request correspondence in writing. I would advise you to stay away from them if you value your time. If you love being taken for a ride with unprofessional people please go ahead to Jason and Freel Associates, they would be able to assist.
