Excellent customer experience
Great product, quick and efficient service. I had an issue with a product, they were so easy to get hold of (email and phone call) same day responses. Customer Experience is of top priority and so friendly. I would highly recommend it.

Pathetic Service
Pathetic service after deal went through - I've been waiting for just over 8 months for certificates - HOW?? lawyers are unable to return calls it seems. The person I spoke to months ago sent me someone else's documents which included identity numbers and purchase prices - AGAIN HOW??? HOW DO YOU MAKE SUCH A MAKE WITH CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION??? - UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST.
