STAY AWAY- Unprofessional, not on time and charge you extra whilst threatening legal action
As professional in the building industry (interior designer) I would recommend that people steer absolutely clear of this terrible company. If I could give this company a negative 5 star rating I would. Completely lie about their timelines, they promised work would be completed in 4 weeks, we are now sitting three months later and they have left the poorest job in the world, all the rubber seals are wobbly, they are refusing to hand over spare keys and glazing certificate while they hold me randsom and threaten lawer action because I changed a folding stacking door to sliding door and they want to charge me for the full stacking door PLUS a sliding door mechanism- (there is no stacking door- but they dont have a problem charging for it- when the entire industry knows that a 3 panel sliding door is much cheaper than a five panel stacking door), they also failed to inform or requote on this item- as such they went through with unapproved and unquoted changes at their own will, they also misread the plans and charged me extra for their mistake which I refuse to pay, I have told them numerous times about defects, months later no fixing up, just threatening letters and 7 days to pay on an incomplete job, threaten with a 16.5% interest rate for late pay on a job that ISN'T COMPLETED and yet they DEMAND payment. The poorest communication and professional conduct I have ever witnessed. Do not use this company- they will add unapproved extra's right at the end, they will not quote accurately, and then they will threaten you with legal action when you want proof that a sliding door costs more than a folding stacking door. I hope no one ever has to deal them. Total theives of time and money.

Your review is completely one sided.
We do admit that there was an extra door added to your invoice incorrectly - we made the necessary changes accordingly. (please note that your window schedule was incorrect as well) We kept to our lead times as set out by our terms and conditions at all times. Installations can unfortunately only commence once the openings are complete and ready for fitment. The delay of the project was not from our side.
The "defects" mentioned was on a door that was installed and completed correctly before tiling. AFTER tiling the door had to be made shorter, this was dealt with swiftly. We do not invoice clients for their final payment of 10% should they not be 100% satisfied with the project. As per our terms and conditions we also allow 3 months after the completion of the project for any new snags to be brought to our attention to which we always attend as soon as possible. A 3-panel- all panels sliding - sliding door has more components and is therefore more expensive than a folding stacking door, we even sent the component list to you as proof.
Before approaching our legal team we made efforts in communications but unfortunately your replies were abrasive. We always do everything we possibly can to be friendly and professional in all of our endeavours but when a client is unapproachable and abrasive we turn to our legal team. In the end your father had to make efforts on your behalf.
To our readers: There is much more to this project and review than depicted by the client.
