SWAK DIENS!! *********** STAFF
Het op 20 Nov'23 na Jaycee Glass & Aluminum gegaan vir ñ klein stukkie glas ( ongeveer 40cm x 40cm ), die vroumens by ontvangs is nie die vriendelikste nie... Sy skryf toe die kwotasie uit en ek maak betaling. Ek gee vir ha ñ sample glas van wat ek soek, die presiese mates ( die glas was vuil en vol stof ). Ek sê vir ha ek gaan ñ paar draai in die dorp ry dan sal ek die glas kom optel - sy sê toe dis reg. Na sowat ñ uur gaan ek terug en nog NIKS is gedoen nie, ek sê vir ha ek sal die middag terugkom. Op 23 Nov'23 om 08:00 stuur ek my bediende in om die glas te kry...ek wag en wag. Ek gaan toe maar in om te kyk wat gaan aan. Weereens is da NIKS gedoen, hulle gebruik die verskoning "hulle soek dit", ek wag en wag. Later gaan ek by die "workshop" in om te kyk wat gaan aan toe is hulle eers besig om die glas te sny!!!! PATETIES!!! Ek strip toe net da my moer want ek het hulle vir 2 dae gelos en hulle het NIKS gedoen. Ek vra toe my geld terug, die ontvangs dame het ñ vreeslike houding toe ( baie onvanpas teenoor ñ klient wat al 2 dae kans gee vir ñ klein stukkie glas ). Die man wat daar is, weet nie wie hy is nie want die is net so deurmekaar. Ek vra my geld terug - baie stories, hulle bring toe die glas. Ek vra wa is my oorspronklike 1 wat ek gebring het om volgens die mates te sny - ek noem toe WEER die ontvangs vrou weet daarvan. Die deurmekaar man gaan soek toe die oorspronklike glas...WEEREENS is dit ñ gewag en gewag!!! Die deurmekaar man kom toe uit met nog ñ nuwe stuk glas, ek vra wa is my ou glas? Nee, hulle kry hom nie... ek wat toe die glas en loop en lig hulle in dat hulle van my sal hoor. Hoe PATETIES is dit nie?? Gee hulle 2 dae kans vir ñ stukkie glas en NOGSTEEDS is dit nie gedoen nie en gooi die kliente se goed weg??!!! Da het baie ander klein goedjies tussen in gebeur wat hulle ook nie antwoorde voor het nie. Die ontvangs vrou en deurmekaar man hoort nie in daai winkel nie. Hulle kliente diens en hoe hulle dit hanteer het was SWAK!! Sit eder iemand in daai posisie wat die salaris werd is as daai 2 *********** mense!! Hoop hulle skaam hul dood, want iemand soos daai sal nie ñ verbetering maak aan die probleem nie maar eder stagneer in die probleem wat hulle skep vir besigheid! SWAK!! SWAK!!

BRILLIANT SERVICE - Always on time and very professional!
Jan Clemons and his team at JAYCEE Glass & Aluminium went all out and exceeded our expectations recently, whilst we found ourselves in a bit of a renovative challenge. They were always punctual - orders, deliveries and instillations, you name it. Even where the builders lacked in sense and knowledge they got their hands dirty and helped to remedy a situation by installing glass and aluminium; something we possibly would never had thought of. They are very innovative, professional and trustworthy. We moved in three months ago and have not had any issues what so ever with our glass and aluminium doors and windows. We can highly recommend them!

Perfect Blinds
I used Jaycee Glass & Aluminium to install total blockout blinds in our apartment and I cannot be happier. Their blinds also include a stainless steel chain instead of those normal plastic chais at no extra cost. The installation team was professional and efficient.

STAY AWAY- Unprofessional, not on time and charge you extra whilst threatening legal action
As professional in the building industry (interior designer) I would recommend that people steer absolutely clear of this terrible company. If I could give this company a negative 5 star rating I would. Completely lie about their timelines, they promised work would be completed in 4 weeks, we are now sitting three months later and they have left the poorest job in the world, all the rubber seals are wobbly, they are refusing to hand over spare keys and glazing certificate while they hold me randsom and threaten lawer action because I changed a folding stacking door to sliding door and they want to charge me for the full stacking door PLUS a sliding door mechanism- (there is no stacking door- but they dont have a problem charging for it- when the entire industry knows that a 3 panel sliding door is much cheaper than a five panel stacking door), they also failed to inform or requote on this item- as such they went through with unapproved and unquoted changes at their own will, they also misread the plans and charged me extra for their mistake which I refuse to pay, I have told them numerous times about defects, months later no fixing up, just threatening letters and 7 days to pay on an incomplete job, threaten with a 16.5% interest rate for late pay on a job that ISN'T COMPLETED and yet they DEMAND payment. The poorest communication and professional conduct I have ever witnessed. Do not use this company- they will add unapproved extra's right at the end, they will not quote accurately, and then they will threaten you with legal action when you want proof that a sliding door costs more than a folding stacking door. I hope no one ever has to deal them. Total theives of time and money.
