I wish I could leave a 0 star review because that is truly what they worth, I wish I could leave screenshots to prove this because its hard to believe. No Hi, bye or thank you, just rude "just pick" or "So?" made felt like you bothering them for supporting them. I ordered 2 sneakers(R2400), 1 November and sent POP same hour and paid 140 for paxi service courier of 2-4 days. Its the 11th November today still nothing has even been sent via paxi courier! This is my brothers birthday present for the 15th November, they refuse to give me my money back claiming a no refund policy when i haven't even received a product to return it is no refund it hasnt been sent its a cancelation but they refuse and are plain rude! DONT SUPPORT LOCAL! SHEIN WOULD HAVE BEEN HERE FASTER! MY ADIDAS ORDER DIRECT FROM ADIDAS CAME FASTER AND THE SERVICE WAS MORE EFFECTIVE! DONT SUPPORT LOCAL!
