Bad customer service !!!
I ordered and paid for a pair of sneakers. Sneakers were delivered by my mom. On my arrival at home I realised it's the wrong sneakers they have sent. I immediately messaged them and was advise they will do the exchange the next day, which was last week Wednesday. Up until today no exchange. Everyday it's the same story driver will deliver but nothing. I have messaged them every single day since I got the wrong sneakers. I feel I was ****** of a R1400. This morning I will open a case against them and will expose them!! I gave them up until yesterday to do the exchange.

Pathetic service.
The worst customer service ever. Do not support this company. No responses. No answer. If I call from a different number they answer immediatly.once they have ur money then u work on there terms.

They are probably *****ulent. I made payment of R1600 on the 29th Nov '24 for a Combo special. I asked them to advice me on the progress of my order. All I got from them was, "Hold On". 3 hours later, I asked if they are winning with checking for my order. I got another abrupt "Hold On" - extremely unprofessional. After giving them a earful, i got a "I'll sort you out"... Today still, i.e. 12 December, All my WhatsApp messages are being ignored. Payment done - Sneakers still not delivered 2 weeks later. It was meant to be Christmas present for my sons. What I don't get is that there are posts on TikTok of people saying they bough from them..are they working with these people to fool us into thinking they are legit? I called the numbers that were on WA and TikTok 061 904 9337 / 067 207 3811 both numbers went to voice mail. Today i see they noted a different number on WA 074 487 5005, which rings and doesn't get answered.

I wish I could leave a 0 star review because that is truly what they worth, I wish I could leave screenshots to prove this because its hard to believe. No Hi, bye or thank you, just rude "just pick" or "So?" made felt like you bothering them for supporting them. I ordered 2 sneakers(R2400), 1 November and sent POP same hour and paid 140 for paxi service courier of 2-4 days. Its the 11th November today still nothing has even been sent via paxi courier! This is my brothers birthday present for the 15th November, they refuse to give me my money back claiming a no refund policy when i haven't even received a product to return it is no refund it hasnt been sent its a cancelation but they refuse and are plain rude! DONT SUPPORT LOCAL! SHEIN WOULD HAVE BEEN HERE FASTER! MY ADIDAS ORDER DIRECT FROM ADIDAS CAME FASTER AND THE SERVICE WAS MORE EFFECTIVE! DONT SUPPORT LOCAL!

Jordans two tray disappointment - jayjay sneakers
I am so disappointed In them because i bought two pairs of Jordans and the one pair was right but the other pair was two right feet. I am so upset because it cost me R2500 and this person says they will fix it but to date still no reply.
