Burger king Canal walk.. Food was okay. Bt cool drinks had no gas and was warm. For a big establishment like this i was disapointed. Store was full and drinks was pre filled. I asked for refilled bt they SD there gas machine is offline therefore no gas and warm cooldrinks. So even if they hadto refill itd be the same.. Had to go buy drinks at another store.
The worst customer service ever. Do not support this company. No responses. No answer. If I call from a different number they answer immediatly.once they have ur money then u work on there terms.
Pathetic service. 9 days since claim. My very 1st claim with Ooba and the service is Pathetic. Your customer service lacks the very basics!!. Last week Monday 13/06 I made contact with ooba to let them know my geyser ain't working and upon inspection I saw its rusty and leaky in my roof!. They then replied within a few hours to let me knw BROLINK is the administrator and will be dealing with my claim. . 1 week later 21/06 plumber comes out to inspect and send a report. I have called 5 times n everytime I call who ever I spk to puts me on hold so thy can find the person who is dealing with my case and eventualy hangs up the line.. I have emailed yesterday 21.06 highly irate and rude in my email.. I get another response from ooba tagging BROLINK to say as thy are dealing with my claim can they respond to ooba and myself?? Who am I paying? Who needs to ensure there contractors upholds there brand name?? Eish I am sooo disgusted. I have no faith in this company whatsoever.
On Wednesday morning I received a call via Whatsapp correspondence for a part I needed for my w204 320cdi. Mathew Minnaar called me and I requested the part wich he then quoted me on and said he has in stock as it's a very common part. Friday at 1:30pm I arrived at century city and spoke to Mathew who recognized me by the part I have enquired about.. He then asked me for the Vin number which I supplied only to tell me he has no stock but Rola Mercedes Somerset had stock but they are closing at 4pm as he has called them before I left century city branch to verify time and availibilty. I drove through to Somerset but when I got ther they were closed at 2pm already.. I then sent Mathew a message telling him that I am not happy with the run around I have received from him and I told him to make a plan by Monday as I have now covered over 300km for a boost pipe. He then called me and told me not to threaten him. With no apology Mr Minnaar had me so irate that I swore at him over the phone and switch the call off. He had no remorse in giving me the run around and didn't even sympathize in telling me he would organize a part. I drive a 4.0 v8 and 300 km costed me about R500 in petrol. I am very unhappy about this as I've only received the best service from Mercedes Century city in the past. I'm very ****ed and I'm not planning on returning to century city Mercedes ever again. Very unhappy about my experience. I was helped by a friendly young lady. Got to the bank at 10 a.m to setup my business account and to reactivate my personal account.. Spent 2 hours in the bank with no access to my private account and no access to my business account. I feel like I have been robbed of 2 precious hours which I don't appreciate. I haven't even started doing business banking and I'm already and irate client. Not good for business.. Very very unprofessional of fnb.. Deposited R100 to each account for activation as per advise.. So my wife went to go deposit some money (R450) at a atm kloof street cape town at the lifestyle center.. The 1st attempt it was unsuccessful but it returned the money.. Her second attempt it was unsuccessful but no money was returned..
