Poor service

Im very dissapointend at their services,especially rates,water taxes and electricity department,i encountered a problem regarding my reading meters,when they arrive there and you are at work,they guess the their readings....i was at work,they charged my readings R1700,i went there and complained they fixed the mistake,following month it was R1000.69,i went there they refused to help me,i got R1,7units trying to buy coupon,stressed as i was i forgot that my account is outstanding with R1000 and something ,a lot of people are paying close to R8000,which is frustrating,im really not satisfied at all,i work at Retail,not earning much and you get people who are not doing their jobs well which is affecting a lot of poor people.
