We bought R50 electricity on the FNB app and only received 0.9 units. When we received the sms from JB Marks it says only R2.17 electricity was bought. But R50 went off our bank account. This has happened multiple times.

Hi Peter Wednesday around 4:30 evining my electrical box stops working but i do have electricity i immediately called jb marks after hours where i reported my box and they said they will report the matter. On Thursday morning i kept calling their offices and no one was answering until pass 12 and they said they will send someone. Friday the same story they said someone will come. Its Saturday i still don't have electricity. Im not happy with this service.

Hi Peter yesterday I went to JB Mark's municipality to amend my meter and also electricity bill at the accounts department the lady called Claudette assist me very nice and professional exampline for me every thing on my accounts till I understand and agree with thanks Claudette ๐ good work Peter today again I went there at Housing department to make some amendment on my account I been assist by Ofentse thanks for the service well done guys๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝthanks so much for good service you rendered to our people

I've been trying to phone them for a week. No one answeres the phone at switchboard. I also don't receive statements even after signing up for e mail statement .last received were 2021. Im very dissapointend at their services,especially rates,water taxes and electricity department,i encountered a problem regarding my reading meters,when they arrive there and you are at work,they guess the their readings....i was at work,they charged my readings R1700,i went there and complained they fixed the mistake,following month it was R1000.69,i went there they refused to help me,i got R1,7units trying to buy coupon,stressed as i was i forgot that my account is outstanding with R1000 and something ,a lot of people are paying close to R8000,which is frustrating,im really not satisfied at all,i work at Retail,not earning much and you get people who are not doing their jobs well which is affecting a lot of poor people.

Living at Wilgeboom small holdings. Electricity permanently dipping for 4 to 5 times at a stage till power stays of for days. Repairs is patching. Been going on for years and residents complaint without any success. No proper investigation in the source of the problem. Residents loose electrical equipment due to these surges. Always happen during strong wind and rain. Electrical department just reply they are attending to it. Bills are over R 2000 but service is lacking. Please help.
