Service delivery - Electricity
Living at Wilgeboom small holdings. Electricity permanently dipping for 4 to 5 times at a stage till power stays of for days. Repairs is patching. Been going on for years and residents complaint without any success. No proper investigation in the source of the problem. Residents loose electrical equipment due to these surges. Always happen during strong wind and rain. Electrical department just reply they are attending to it. Bills are over R 2000 but service is lacking. Please help.

Mistreatment of clients
Standing in que the door security John allowed 2 of his friends to exit the que and enter the business. After enquiring the reason the excuse was they were on duty. Question: If true why stand in que and why a hostile attitude when asked. At the entrance I ignored him and he refused me entrance by physically pushing me out of the entrance. Besides, touching a person in an aggressive manner comes down to assault, which is a criminal offense. After consulting with Teresa the floor manager she took John's excuse as legit. If this is how clients get treated during lockdown I can't forsee a future for businesses like this. In a town like Potchefstroom people talk.
