Hi Peter Wednesday around 4:30 evining my electrical box stops working but i do have electricity i immediately called jb marks after hours where i reported my box and they said they will report the matter. On Thursday morning i kept calling their offices and no one was answering until pass 12 and they said they will send someone. Friday the same story they said someone will come. Its Saturday i still don't have electricity. Im not happy with this service.
I bought blankets in August and they said I will receive my order on the 31st of August, the order was never received. I called to let them know that I did not receive my order and they must not deduct the money on the 15th of September. I called again asking about my order, they said it has long time left their warehouse so they will contact the courier to ask what is happening, tried to cancel the order since I've been waiting for too long, they said I can't. 2 weeks back the courier guy came to come and ask if I'm the person who is expecting delivery I said yes. On Friday 27th of October I received and sms at 16:32 that my order was delivered, I immediately called homechoice to let them know that I received nothing, they said they will call courier guy and get back to me. They never got back to me. I called Monday the 30th to find out how far are they with my situation, they said to me the system shows that I received the order. I've been the one calling and sending emails to this people, they just don't care.
