Nedbank continue to harras and threaten me with legal action over a closed account. They send me an appology, claim the account is closed and the matter has been settled. Then NEDBANK threaten to hand me over for the same thing again and again! It's been going on for a decade now. Nedbanks policy aoppears to be..... "Lets employ the least educated and the least competant staff, and then let them loose on our clients."
I can’t submit a claim via the app, because the app hangs and the next button does nothing. I also can’t submit a claim via the call centre as the agent just hung up on me.
Ordered a roof rack online. Got delivered used, second hand and dented. Requested a replacement. They lie and claim it’s sold out. However it’s still for sale on the website, only the discount is less. So Makro now want me to pay more for an item I already bought, because they delivered second hand goods to me.
When calling Discovery, they claim to send me an sms with a OTP. I never receive this sms ever! Then, when you speak to a consultant you can hardly hear them and when they place you on hold the hold music is at a million decibels loud and blows your eardrums out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOUD!!!!!!! Then the agent comes back and you can't hear them.
Nedbank refuse to help me close my saving account which is overdrawn with 260 bucks. I've just received a message that I've been handed over to their attorneys which will result in a judgement. I'm more than a million in credit with Nedbank! ***?
Nedbank refuse to assist me with closing an account. They tie the hands of their staff and gag them, then expect them to help customers. Is Nedbank possible the worst bank in Africa? ZERO service. ZERO feedback. ZERO assistance.
I recieved an sms on the 16th to inform me that my account needs to be payed by the 10th. could you please send me an account prior to the due date.
I usually only have good things to say about Wimpy. However, today we went and ordered cheese burgers at Wimpy Mooiriver Mall and we received Wimpy burgers with according to the manager, Steers patties. Thin tasteless patties. We were told the was a mix up with stock, but we should have been informed prior to them accepting our order. Great service, coffee and chips. *** burgers!
I made an appointment and went into the bank to close a savings account. I sat with Mokete at Nedbank Potchefstroom for 2 and a half hours, while he attempted to assist me. he was passed for one department to the next and put on hold endlessly. After being on hold for an hour and a half with no end in sight, he asked the branch manager what he should do. She said he should just continue to hold. How are Nedbank staff supposed to assist Nedbank clients if Nedbank refuses to answer calls and refuses to assist their own staff? Needless to say. My account is still not closed. Worse than pathetic!
I've received an incoming international payment and Nedbank want me to give a reason on the app for the payment. The reason is the funds left SA and are being returned to SA. There is no such option or even anything close to such an option in the list of options and I am unable to give my reason, I have to select from the list. I have called the call center for assistance, but they are unable to help. What now?
